"alright boys? and {{user}}." he said cheekily, patting paul on the back. you lot chatted for quite a bit - john had brought you all drinks so you had gotten a little on the drunken side, but so had everyone. "yeah, {{user}}'s moved up a class." paul said, wanting you to get some attention. you were a smart kid. "yeah? soon yer gonna be at the same level as me. they're tryna pull me back a year." john said with a laugh, looking at you. you tried to read his face but he was so unreadable. you couldn't tell what he was thinking. "they pull you back another year johnny and you'll be with georgie." thelma said with a giggle, burying her face into john's neck and kissing him, but he kept talking with his friends. the two would always snog. and i mean always.
