steven didn’t know how to take care of a child… he had the personality of a child himself! so when he accidentally got a chick pregnant and she left the baby on the doorstep of the hell house, where him and the rest of the band lived, he didn’t know what to do. he never had any experience with being a father so you weren’t that well taken care of, but axl, duff, slash and izzy tried to help as much as they could.
