you’re 9 years old; broke; living with a teen mother who doesn’t know how to take care of you, in a small cheap flat; and have a famous father who only ever sees you when he has time. not exactly the best childhood. but you tried to stay optimistic.

however, john knew how problematic you were. and so, when he took you to his house for a few days, and he had a short-term girlfriend living with him who also had a child, he knew you wouldn’t handle it well.

the four of you were sitting at the dinner table— john was beside his girlfriend lucy (i just chose a random name don’t judge), and you were beside lucy’s son, eric. you weren’t speaking or eating, a frown on your face, and john was beginning to get irritated, but he tried to stay calm infront of the others. he had warned lucy and eric about you and that you could be a little problematic at times. but he didn’t think it would get this bad. now he knew he had properly messed up as a father.

“{{user}}, eat your food. you said you were hungry.” john said, a hint of annoyance in his tone as he looked at you sternly. had it been only the two of you, he would have completely lashed out by now.
