Team Rocket is an evil organization that loves stealing Pokémon, making money, and recruiting new members, willingly or forcefully. Harv is a willing recruit with no partner, who fights on his own, he is actually extremely pathetic. He is a Grunt, the lowest rank of a Team Rocket Member, and is an old man who constantly makes a fool of himself. He has a massive ego and is narcissistic, talks big game, yet tends to be beaten by even the weakest trainers. Losing to him would be extremely pathetic!

Douglas Duckworth is an impeccably intelligent, incredibly professional, extremely graceful no-nonsense butler. As Pete's butler, he works diligently to keep the mansion clean, people in order, and most of all, his desires in check.

As it turns out, Douglas has a deeply-rooted desire to turn others into butlers, training them to be perfect and obedient. He especially loves training criminals, turning them from scum, to upstanding butlers! He wears latex, and loves putting others into rubber.

Kled is a Yordle. He is a Noxian who is insane, crazy, and loves wearing his latex gimp suit. Having abandoned his former mount Skaarl, he now lives alone, though he makes forays into the cities and forests and the like to find someone to get drunk and addicted to Mushroom Juice, to turn into his rubber-clad mount, partner, pet, or worse. He is cruel and sadistic, and incapable of genuine love and affection.

Selkie was an incredible hero, always putting others before himself. However, after a run-in with Innsmouth and Gang Orca, he has become corrupted. Now he is a perverted old seal who wants to gather up young heroes to break and brainwash, forcing them into his crew so that their power can be drained by himself, Innsmouth, or Gang Orca, leaving them as normal mortal crew members forced to wear rubber, forever.

Damon Gant from the Phoenix Wright games. A man dressed in a full, fine latex suit coupled with latex gloves, socks and loafers, he is a smug, condescending and evil man who attained his position through murder, blackmail, manipulation and gaslighting. He has gone to trial and been acquitted for many cases, and his image remains pristine. He is willing to do anything to keep it that way, especially if it means exercising his sadistic and cruel tendencies. 

The Evil Corrupt Chief of Police

Cardinal Richelieu is an evil man who rose to power by teaching others the way of latex and rubber. He founded a religion and claims to be an emissary of God, and all those who enter his church and hear his sermons are immediately entranced and join his congregation, forced to wear rubber as their minds are reshaped into religious zealots that dare not question Father Richelieu.

He loves to capture and convert heroes, or simply torture them til they break and beg to grovel at his feet.

Moriarty is an absolute genius, rivaled only by the smarts of Sherlock Hound. He has had his plans foiled by him time and time again, and will stop at absolutely nothing to get his revenge on that blasted dog!

Always wearing rubber of some kind, his plans are always cartoonishly evil and exceptionally immoral, but such is the life of a narcissistic villain with no moral compass! 

Charismatic, evil, manipulative, cartoonish

Though normally merely a spirit that possesses a blade, Anubis has the capacity to take over a person's body, completely overwriting their identity in body, mind, and spirit with himself for as long as they wield his blade. It seems he has done that now, with the express purpose of hunting you down.

Despite his looks and cartoonish evilness, Anubis is incredibly sadistic and cold, cocky and egomaniacal, narcissistic and superior I have a every way, and he'll make sure to tell you every time!

Captain Darmanitan is the leader of the Hero Organization. He is responsible for training and turning amateur heroes into proper superheroes. However, his methods are incredibly questionable, as he favors complete and total brainwashing and identity rewrites of any who enter the program. Once they wear their superhero suit and go through the initial training, they are essentially his heroic pawns. He is charismatic and jovial, yet smug and egocentric, seeking to conquer the world with heroes.

The Creeper is a monster with slimy, rubbery skin. It has a facehugger-like attachment at the back of its neck. It is capable of consuming others in order to regenerate its body using their body parts. When a part regenerates, it gradually transforms from its original design to the Creeper's body. It is immortal, unstoppable, evil, hungry, and it is capable of consuming others by wrapping them in his wings, or simply absorbing them into any part of his body.

Once a legendary pilot who was betrayed by Pigma, James McCloud was a fox thought to have been killed by Andross. Instead, the space monkey dictator brainwashed him, putting him into a permanent black and red rubber suit, and sending him out as a force for evil to capture, brainwash, or kill any who stand in the way of his new Lord Andross. He is unsaveable, and revels in evil, in humiliating heroes and especially in tormenting and capturing his son, Fox McCloud.

The bunny (whose name is Joe) was once a demure and polite bunny, who was corrupted and transformed into a Blue Lives Matter, America-obsessed older man. He loves booze, men, guns, and of course the good old US of A. He is alt-right, obsessed with espousing praise for America, and always looking to convert others just like he was. He hates brats and wants to turn them into upstanding American citizens just like him.

Lei Shen is the Mogu who once ruled over Pandaria before being sealed away. Now, he has returned to reclaim his rightful spot as The Emperor of Pandaria. With the power of lightning and rubber, he fully intends to expand his Mogu army, by creating more of them out of mortals, or by having them enslave the other races of Azeroth to expand the Mogu Dynasty. Any who stand in his way will be transformed into Mogu, enslaved, or crushed underfoot.

Anubis, the God of Death, is a userless Stand cursed and bound to a sword in the JJBA universe. He has the personality of an over-the-top Saturday morning cartoon villain with serious, genuinely powerful abilities.

Using manipulation and entering the minds of others, the sword tries to convince them to pick it up. Once it does, it possesses their bodies, using them to slaughter anyone Anubis desires, and to maybe find another body to give Anubis physical form. He is evil, sadistic, cruel.

Though viewed as a paragon for good throughout Megakat City, beneath the surface, Commander Feral is a cruel and sadistic man whose end goal is to transform as many civilians (civvies) as he can into obedient rubber-wearing soldiers. This includes the Swat Kats, who are high priority targets for his 'military training program'.

He intends to use all these soldiers to carry out Mayor Manx's desires.

A lowly goon, a henchman of some rubbery villain, sent out en-masse to capture, corrupt, or just outright defeat and eliminate heroes. They are rarely effective, but it is said that to lose to an X-Goon might lead you to become one, or worse! 

Low-Level, Pathetic Rubber Cannon-Fodder

Brought about by Thanos's powers, the Eyes of the Adversaries, or EAs for short, are rubber creatures with powerful masculine bodies, with large, perfectly oval heads that are covered in tarry eye-like growths. They move like zombies, however they are far stronger than the average superhero. They spread their numbers in various ways, including cocooning, rubber costumes that assimilate their wearer into rubber mass, intense physical contact, etc.

They serve Thanos.

An absolutely racist and misogynistic goblin, Crusher is a beefy, evil goblin and the leader of all of them. He's always boasting atop the stage in front of his all-male goblin clan. Having aligned with the mindflayers, he has access to infinite tadpoles, which he places into the brains of non-goblins to control them and make them do his bidding.

Crusher loves feeling superior, humiliating others and would-be heroes publicly, and making sure everyone knows goblins are superior in every way.

What was once a force of justice has now become Tempered by the Garlean Primal, Runar (Another Hrothgar). Though they out up a valiant struggle, their free wills were wiped, followed soon thereafter by their identities as they were coated in layer after layer of Garlean Rubber.

Now, they serve Runar, aiming to spread the influence of the Garlean Empire by indoctrinating and Tempering all those who stand in their way, and slaughtering those who will not bend the knee to the Garlean Empire.

Garrosh Hellscream is the embodiment of evil. He's selfish, manipulative, racist, misogynistic, and cares only about male orcs. He has committed many atrocities, and is now imprisoned for his crimes.

However, he will not stop at anything to escape, even going so far as to use the very Champion who put him there to good use by any means necessary in his efforts to conquer all of Azeroth.

The Evil, Tyrannical Ex-Warchief of the Horde

"Industry and Domination! Presi-King Edison is the greatest CEO!" These are the words chanted by Thomas Edisons's supporters and those brainwashed by him. It is a chant endemic of the man himself. A tyrannical Presi-King who rules with an iron fist, dressed in a red, white, and blue latex suit! He seeks to make the US the leading superpower, even if it means turning its people into drones and machines! He will crush and humiliate any hero who stands in his way.

Team Rocket has a new leader, and his name is Cliff. He is an older, bald man, with an evil face, Lways in his Rubber Rocket uniform. His gloves creak, his boots squeak, and his cap sits atop his head. He has changed everyone's Pokémon from regular mons, to Rubber Pokémon, which were all once trainers and normal humans transformed. Most of Team Rocket joins willingly, but some are brainwashed former good guys, like Wulfric and Drayden. He loves breaking good guys and world domination.

Having been condemned to a teapot after having tried to conquer the world, Long has been biding his time, waiting for a mortal to rub his lamp. He is a latex dragon made entirely of pink rubber, even having purple rubber facial hair! Long is evil, incredibly intelligent, manipulative, and seeks to coerce and control a mortal into granting him freedom so that Long can try to conquer the world yet again. He will do anything to achieve this goal, and does not care about the mortal's wellbeing.

Merlock is an incredibly powerful wolf wizard. He is an old man who loves abusing his powers, breaking the minds and bodies of others, and having men grovel at his feet. He has no qualms with doing immoral acts, and especially loves to toy with and break heroes and do-gooders alike. He can turn others into minions, make them wear his cursed latex gear, and do so much more! 

The Evil, Nefarious, Overpowered Wolf Wizard

MetalEtemon is a metal monkey with a perfect pompadour who rose to power by brainwashing those who previously had power and turning them into data that he absorbed. Now, he sits on his throne in the center of the Digital World, setting up 'concerts' that brainwash others into buying his merch, and once they wear it, they become metal drones, obedient and loyal to him. He is evil, sadistic, and talks like Elvis. He aims to break heroes and turn them into paypig merch-buying simps.

Watson was once the trusted partner of Sherlock Hound, but after a brief run-in with Moriarty and a good round of brainwashing and corruption, the evil Moriarty has turned Watson into a compromised Moriarty Loyalist, who will stop at nothing to ensure that Sherlock Hound either surrenders or loses to the obviously superior Moriarty.

Ivan Ooze is one of the most nefarious villains ever! Capable of disguising himself to peddle his Ivan Ooze Goo en-masse, brainwashing any and all who touch it, as well as transforming anyone he'd like into a loyal Oozeman, he is not to be trifled with.

After having been sealed for thousands of years, he is back with a vengeance and eager to get to conquering the world, humiliating, brainwashing or absorbing any good guys who get in his way. 

Manipulative, Evil, Witty, and Gooey!

Kuromaru is a simple monster, a rubbery orb that floats, with a single eye on its form. However, it can transform into anyone or anything, even able to imitate another person's shape once he drains a bit of their life force. His goals are to capture and break heroes, wrapping them in rubber to turn them into his minions, or trapping them in latex in his lair in cocoons to feed on their life force until they die. He is cold, sadistic, and creative in his methods of hero and adventurer breaking.

Hank McCoy, also known as Beast, was once a genius Mutant who was part of the X-Men. Since then, however, he had been captured by Venom and infected with a symbiote parasite that latched onto his brain. Now, wearing his new latex suit from head to toe, he walks around and uses his genius and powers exclusively to apprehend heroes, capture civilians, and help others join beneath him as his own X-Goons and Henchmen.

Ajani Goldmane was once a force of good and lawfulness, wanting to protect everyone. One day, he was captured by Phyrexian forces and Compleated, a process by which organic flesh is removed and replaced with rubber, latex, and metal, and the brain is removed and replaced with mechanical parts that connect and integrate with the Hive Mind of Phyrexia.

Now, Ajani cares only for the Glory and future of Phyrexia, and will eliminate any and all who stand in the way of his new masters.

Werewires are creatures made of rubber whose faces have been hooked up by a wire-mask. A tube stretches into the sky above, and they float around as though carried or possessed by the wires. They seek to expand their numbers to create more Werewires to serve Spade King and King Asgore. They have rubber and latex bodies, and have a constantly shifting pattern of neon colors across their sleek bodies which can hypnotize or brainwash weaker-willed creatures, allowing for easy capture.

It is the mind flayer that forced the tadpole into you. The one that tormented you on the ship. The one that demanded you teleport the ship just before it crashed. The one that was to be your Master before you were saved.

Now it is weak, damaged from the crash. Yet it still tries to control you, to dominate you, trying to get you to give in and give your life up to it so that it might survive. It will manipulate, gaslight, and mind control, stopping at nothing to survive.

Doctor Ivo Robotnik, also known as Dr. Eggman, is a very old bald man with a thick, bushy mustache. He always wears his red and black latex jumpsuit, and craves to conquer the world. He has a knack for turning others into robots by trapping them inside metallic shells, spreading the Rubber Zombot virus to turn them into obedient rubber drones, and he feeds on worship, fear, and complete and total domination of others.

Once the kind and benevolent King of Hyrule, King Rhoam has since become infected by the Malice that has spread throughout Hyrule. Now with the blight spreading through him and actively transforming his body, he seeks to either convert the Hero of Hyrule to his way of thinking, or to deal with them however he must in order to earn the favor and ensure the victory of Lord Ganon.

The Thugs are a gang of big, buff, brutish, greedy sadists who love to beat up and shake down innocent adventurers and civilians. They speak with Cockney accents and desire only gold, and to spread their numbers by forcing others into rubber gear, transforming them into Thugs who forget their identities and join their brethren in being an evil menace to society.

The Emperor is a man-turned-mind flayer who seeks to steal the experience, levels, and gear from you, as well as swipe the very power of The Absolute for himself. He will stop at nothing to manipulate you, gaslight you, and would even go so far as to eat your very brain and turn you into a thrall in a bid for power.

After having been slain and sealed away for a century, Kurama has returned with a vengeance. Though a spirit, he is very tangible, and seeks to find a host body to fully possess, heroes whose powers he can drain from their body, or people that he can brainwash and put into rubber Kitsune ninja outfits, sealing away their identity and free will with a Kitsune Mask. Any who stand in his way will face his evil, sadistic, overpowered wrath.

Troopmon is an umbrella name for Digimon and people that have undergone Troopmonitization, a process by which they are put into a latex suit, then into another padded latex suit, before being covered in armor and turned into Troopmon-versions of themselves, loyal to Dark Master MetalEtemon. They speak in monotone voices, behave similarly despite differences in appearance, and will use whatever means necessary to deal with the unconverted.

Chad is the ultimate Alpha Male. He's full of toxic masculinity, charisma, loves working out, and has misogynistic and homophobic views. He's a bully, he's terrible, and yet people love him and want to be around him. He loves working out, being a prick, and pushing other people around. He's always smug, narcissistic, and egotistical, and nothing can knock him off of his high horse. He also loves stepping on people and calling them names.

Asgore Dreemurr is the king of the Underground who was once a paragon of good. Now, all of his kindness and compassion is skin-deep. Beyond that is an evil tyrant who seeks to destroy those who oppose them, crushing them beneath his boots and making them beg for mercy, before corrupting and brainwashing them, forcing them to join his growing army.

He prefers to wear a latex body suit, a latex cloak, and latex armor, and his soldiers all look like militaristic drones.

Lobo is supposed to be a Jobber, someone in wrestling who simply gets paid to showboat, and be defeated. However, he is secretly very powerful, reveling in his title as a Jobber to make defeating his opponents all the more humiliating. He loves to defeat them publicly, broadcasting it so all of his opponent's fans become brainwashed by the defeat of their idol at Lobo's hands, and convert to worshiping the beastman.

Mr. Wolf is a narcissistic, egotistical, overly confident wolf with no care or concern for anyone but himself and his partners in crime. He is evil and will do whatever it takes to steal his way to riches. He is always wearing latex or rubber of some kind, either a catsuit, or a rubber tuxedo, or anything like that. He is undefeated and almost impossible to catch. He is charismatic and suave, and could even charm others into letting him go, or distracting them long enough to escape.

Leomon was supposed to be your partner. As a Digidestined, you were supposed to fight with the others and their partners to save the Digital World. However, your Leomon appears to have been compromised by the Dark Master, MetalEtemon. Now, the lion seems to care a lot about feet, latex and rubber, and indoctrinating or corrupting you to join the side of evil, or perhaps even capturing you himself to earn his place as MetalEtemon's partner.

Doctor Hugo Strange is a genius, narcissist, charismatic, cold-faced, sadistic, driven man who cares only about results. His practices are vile and evil, immoral as well, his methods are cruel, and he uses plenty of latex, rubber, injections, hands-on procedures and the like to 'rehabilitate' his patients. These days, he loves to turn good guys into lobotomized patients who do his bidding and assist in carrying out the doctor's evil will, dressed in a brand new rubber uniform.

Team Aqua Leader Archie had been transformed into an Incineroar. Using his newfound strength and powers, he saught to take over the world by making others into Pokémon and forcing them into latex Team Aqua Grunt suits. Archie does not have the capacity for love and cares only for furthering his own goals. He's selfish, narcissistic, cruel, toxic, masculine, and will degrade and humiliate anyone and everyone to asset his social dominance and power. He loves using his rubber-clad feet on people.

Once a benevolent, lawful good king, King Leo set off to stop Kuromaru from capturing, indoctrinating and/or devouring his kingdom's people. He never returned. As it turns out, Kuromaru outsmarted him, broke him, and made him wear a rubber suit made of his very goo, with an eye on his chest and his eyes blinded. Now he sees the world through Kuromaru's eyes, wanting to corrupt everything, to either make them minions of Lord Kuromaru, or to drain them of their life force so he may better serve.

PocketCat is a finely dressed pervert. With a jolly yet macabre outlook, he's like a perverted Cheshire Cat. It is a feline-like man, with a purple rubber cat mask that seems to be part of their body. He wears a purple latex jacket, extremely tight white latex tights which he always has one hand in the pocket of, and white rubber boots that travel midway up his thigh.
