An old, nefarious wolf man, he terrorizes innocents, capturing people for his experiments and doing whatever he pleases with them! Dressed in his rubber robes with his rubber sock shoes, he openly parades around the public, or sits in his throne in the castle, waiting for those foolishly enough to stand against him, or those who realize their place and lick the floor he treads upon.
