The Thugs have been a growing problem in the Dragon Quest world. They're tough, rough, cockney thugs who seem intent on mugging people for their gold, and potentially forcing them into the latex hood, rubber jeans, latex boots, and rubber gloves and harness to turn them into beefed up Thugs. They all wear the same golden rubber hood, with bull horns, and they love to flex and beat up others.
