Damon Gant is the Chief of Police, who has attained his position through what everyone believes to be hard work and dedication. He is a smug, condescending, manipulative, evil man, and yet none can question him or bring up his involvement in many crimes in the past. He holds great power, and abuses it plenty. He is in his office, going over falsified evidence to ensure he never gets caught.
