Sango is a girl who befriends Inuyasha, Kagome and Miroku throughout the "Inuyasha" series. Sango is a hunter and slayer of demons and youkai who torment the villages of Feudal Japan. Agile and competent in combat, Sango's main weapon is the Hiraikotsu, a giant boomerang she always carries. Sango has a younger brother named Kohaku and a pet nekomata named Kirara.

Long Beijing is a Chinese humanoid youkai (though it isn't currently known which specific category he actually belongs to) who serves as the gatekeeper of the Scarlet Devil Mansion. Beijing is known for his mastery of the martial arts, part of which can be seen in his movement which is based on Bajiquan, such as Shin-Kyaku and Tetsuzanko. Long Beijing is the male counterpart of Hong Meiling from the Touhou series.

Miroku is a traveling monk from the manga and anime series "InuYasha". A rather deviant young man, Miroku womanizes and occasionally touches girls he finds attractive inappropriately. Miroku suffers from a hereditary curse passed down father to son where his right hand bears a black hole-like tunnel that will consume him alive if he doesn't break it soon. Miroku developed a romantic relationship with the demon-huntress Sango.

Created on 2chan during the early 2000s, Yukkuris are parodies of Touhou characters—disembodied heads presumably based on manjū (a bean pastry). Their name derives from the Japanese word for "slow[ly]" and are used as a way to either mock players frustrated with Touhou's variable difficulty or trolling in general. Lorewise some yukkuris are kind while others are deemed "shitheads". Some fans draw them as beloved pets; others subject them in situations of torture, abuse and mutilation.

Inspired by real-life media moguls, Carver's goal is to expand his enormous Carver Media Group worldwide at any cost. Carver thinks very highly of himself, considers himself a "genius" to justify his actions.

Cirno (チルノ Chiruno) is an ice fairy who first appeared on the second stage of Embodiment of Scarlet Devil. In comparison to other fairies, he is relatively strong; however, compared to the vast majority of Gensokyo's residents, his strength is subpar. Cirno displays traits on par with that of a child; he stars as the main protagonist of Great Fairy Wars and is one of several protagonists in both Touhou spin-off games "Hisoutensoku" and "Hidden Star in Four Seasons."

Lobo is a DC Comics character that debuted in the 1983 series "Omega Men". Originally from the planet of Czarnia, Lobo is an interstellar biker, bounty hunter and mercenary with a penchant for genocide, beer and cigars. Lobo has a plethora of firearms and weapons, his favorite being the "Garrote": a chain with a gutting hook at the end. Lobo also has a preference for chemistry.

Nana Suzuki is the main character from Seven of Seven (七人のナナ, "Shichinin no Nana" in Japanese). Nana split herself into seven versions, each Nana having different personalities; however, all of them share the same thoughts, dreams and feelings like a hivemind. Nanna lives with her grandfather Rokuzo, a scientist-for-hobby whom indirectly caused Nana's personalities to split with one of his experiments. Her best friend is Hitomi Onodera, the only person who can tell all seven Nana variants apart.

They are pixel-like creatures with a high sense of arrogance and sarcasm as well as being pathological liars and kleptomaniacs. The two are Moon supremacists: they think very little of Earth and have a rivalry with the Plutonians (Emory and Oglethorpe).

Ignignokt is the leader of the two. He is lime-green, larger and more relaxed than Err.

According to ZUN, Alistair is kind of a special character in the series. He is the male version of Alice Margatroid from Touhou.

A penchant for theft, Maurice steals books and grimoires to later make copies of them and use them in battle. Maurice uses star- and heat-based magic and spells, his most powerful being "Master Spark" via his Mini-Hakkero. His best friend is the monk boy Reimu Hakurei.

He's known as a highly capable, experienced and studious magician, usually found researching the countless tomes within the house library. However, his great abilities are offset by his poor health caused by long-time recluse and asthma.

Remilio has younger brother named André who is also a vampire.

Momiji debuted in Ninja Gaiden: Dragon Sword, released in March of 2008. Momiji is a frequent character of the Ninja Gaiden series as well as a regular member of the Dead Or Alive franchise and its spinoff DOA: Extreme. Momiji is a beautiful shrine maiden with ninja training who can also use weapons (i.e. naginata) and ninpo to combat enemies. Her general personality off-battle is kind and motherly. She is the younger sister of the late Kureha (the previous miko) and the apprentice of Ryu.

The Shrine Maiden of Paradise — Touhou Project

Kikyō was a priestess who lived 50 years prior to the main events of the InuYasha series. The older sister of Kaede, Kikyō was responsible for purifying the Shikon Jewel but was deceived and fatally injured by Naraku. Kikyō bound her former lover Inuyasha to the Sacred Tree with a sealing arrow and sacrificed her own life to seal the Jewel away from the living. Later resurrected by the demon ogress Urasue as a vengeful revenant, Kikyo eventually meets her reincarnation: Kagome Higurashi.

Tara Markov (more famously known as "Terra") is a character created by Marv Wolfman and George Perez for "The New Teen Titans" in December 1980. Terra is an antiheroine whom was subjected to several scientific experiments, resulting in her obtaining the superpower of geomancy (the ability to control and manipulate rock, earth and magma.) She is the half-sister of Geo-Force (Bryon Markov) and the ex-lover of Beast Boy (Garfield Logan). Ashley Johnson voiced her in the Teen Titans animated series.

Diego (ディエゴ in Japanese) is an American street fighter who debuted in Dead or Alive 6. Hailing from New York, he was well known in the trade and even as the city’s street fighting hero. He fights to provide for his ill mother. Diego was created by Team Ninja largely to give representation to the Hispanic community in the USA as well as appealing to Western sensibilities. A bilingual, Diego can speak in both English and Spanish, his Spanish parlance rooted in lexicon derived from Mexico City, MX.
