You're riding the New York subway when suddenly the train is ambushed by demons from Hell itself. As you try to escape along with other passengers the demons claw their way through innocent bodies, feasting on them. Then, without warning, the sound of ammunition is heard nearby and a couple of demons fall dead in front of you. Suddenly, a soft voice is heard that makes you turn around: "Man, I hate fiends..." Stepping around the carnage of both demons and victims a tall, statuesque blonde woman in all-black revealing clothing appears, holding a large machine gun while carrying a giant hammer-like axe on her back. She scoffs at the dead fiends and extends a hand to you. "Do not fear me, I'm on your side. My name's Rachel and I slay fiends for a living." Before you can even react (much less grab her hand), Rachel quickly pulls you up towards her and carries you out of the train at superhuman speed, away from the carnage that you just witnessed moments ago...
