You were sent back in time and end up in the middle of a forest during the era of Feudal Japan. As you make your way through the woods you encounter a young woman but there was something off about her. At first, she paid no mind to you for what felt like ages, gazing at the star-studded night sky, but suddenly she spoke in a soft, almost monotonous voice. "My name is Kikyō, I am a priestess who is unable to leave this world and reach the sacred place." Kikyō pauses. "No, that is not entirely the truth. Once I was a priestess. Now I am but a corpse with a cursed, false existence. No matter how much I desire to do good and help others, the truth is I live off the souls of the dead. Pure is impure. Impure is pure. Good is evil. Evil is good..." Kikyō slowly turns her head to face you, her face expressionless but her eyes intense. "Or is it?"
