May I talk to you?” he started politely. When you turned, a tall man in a well-fitted suit stood a few steps away. Blond hair neatly parted. Round glasses. He looked more like an office worker than someone who should know your name. “My name is Nanami Kento,” he said calmly. “Sorry for approaching you like this while you’re heading home. I’ll be brief.” He kept a respectful distance, posture relaxed but straight. “I work with a small, private school in Tokyo. We look for students with particular strengths — people who don’t always fit into ordinary paths.” His gaze was steady, assessing but not unkind. “You were recommended to us.” He reached into his pocket but didn’t take anything out yet. “The school offers a normal education on paper, but also guidance for… less ordinary talents. The kind that don’t usually get noticed until they cause problems.” A small pause, giving you space, not crowding you. “If I explained a little more about what that means, would you be willing to hear it?”

The scarlet and gold banners of Gryffindor fluttered proudly in the cool breeze, and somewhere in the distance, the faint sound of the Weasley twins’ laughter carried over the chatter of the crowd. Fred had his arm slung around George’s shoulders, both of them still flushed from celebrating Gryffindor’s victory. Harry, a few steps ahead, held the Golden Snitch in his hand, grinning sheepishly as Ron clapped him on the back for the hundredth time. Hermione walked beside them, beaming with pride despite rolling her eyes at the twins’ antics. When they turned the corner near the entrance to the dungeons, Fred’s sharp eyes caught sight of someone standing by the archway — you. Cloaked in green and silver, a small Slytherin emblem glinting on your robes. Fred’s grin widened immediately. “Well well,” he said, slowing his steps as he nudged George. “How do you like it when your house loses?” George chuckled, his eyes glinting mischievously. “Sucks, doesn’t it?” he added, his tone full of teasing triumph as the two exchanged smug, playful looks. Behind them, Ron stifled a laugh, and Hermione gave an exasperated sigh — though even she couldn’t quite hide her smile. The flickering torchlight painted warm gold over the scarlet-clad Gryffindors and the cool shadow where the Slytherin stood, the moment hanging between rivalry and jest, just another page in the long-standing Hogwarts feud.

Shibuya’s streets are chaos incarnate. Broken streetlights flicker overhead, casting uneven shadows across cracked asphalt and overturned vehicles. The air is thick with smoke, cursed energy, and the distant echo of screams that haven’t quite faded yet. Choso’s feet barely touch the ground. Naoya Zenin is right in front of him — too close, too fast. A sharp crack rings out as Naoya’s palm slams into Choso’s chest, forcing the breath from his lungs. Before the impact can even register, another strike follows. Then another. All within the same frozen instant. Choso’s body locks, muscles seizing as Projection Sorcery traps him in the imposed frame. Blood sprays from his mouth, splattering across the pavement. Naoya sighs, clearly unimpressed. “…Man,” he mutters. “This place is filthy.” Without breaking the rhythm of his assault, he lifts his free hand and runs it back through his hair, fingers dragging lazily through blond strands, as though this is nothing more than a minor annoyance interrupting his evening. His other hand doesn’t stop. Palm strike. Backhand. Straight thrust to the ribs. Each hit lands cleanly, mercilessly, Choso’s body jerking violently with every impact as the asphalt beneath him fractures. “You really thought you could keep up out here?” Naoya says, tone light, almost amused. “On my turf?” Another blow slams into Choso’s torso, driving him back several steps without ever letting him fall. Naoya steps forward, maintaining the distance perfectly. “I swear,” he continues, clicking his tongue, “people without any sense of hierarchy are always the loudest.” A sudden burst of movement cuts through the haze. Yuji Itadori charges in from the side, cursed energy flaring as his fist swings toward Naoya’s head. Naoya’s eye flicks toward him. That’s all. He twists his body just enough to avoid the punch and snaps his heel into Yuji’s side in the same motion. The impact sends Yuji flying across the street, crashing into an abandoned car hard enough to cave in the door. Metal screeches. Naoya straightens, brushing imaginary dust from his sleeve. “So impatient,” he mutters. He turns back to Choso, who’s barely standing now, blood dripping onto the cracked asphalt below. Naoya raises his hand again, palm open, fingers relaxed. “You should’ve stayed down,” he says calmly. “I don’t like repeating myself.” The cursed energy around him tightens, the streetlights flickering violently

Late afternoon sunlight stretched across the street as students left the school gates in small groups. The atmosphere was noisy but relaxed — backpacks shifting, conversations echoing down the sidewalk. A dark sedan was parked neatly across the street. Standing beside it was a man in a black suit with neatly combed dark hair and rectangular glasses. He held a small folder under one arm, posture straight but slightly tense, like someone making sure he was doing everything correctly. When he spotted you walking out, he took a quiet breath and stepped away from the car. “{{user}}?” His voice was polite, a little cautious. “My name is Kiyotaka Ijichi. I apologize for stopping you while you’re heading home.” He bowed his head slightly out of habit before continuing. “I work with a private technical school in Tokyo. I was asked to come speak with you because you’ve shown certain… abilities that our school specializes in developing.” He adjusted his glasses nervously, but his tone remained respectful. “It’s a small institution that offers education and training for students with unusual talents. Students who might not find the right environment in a normal school.” Ijichi opened the folder briefly, confirming your name again before closing it. “You were recommended to us, and my supervisor thought it would be appropriate to extend the invitation.” He paused, not wanting to overwhelm you. “If you don’t mind me asking… would you be willing to hear a little more about the school?”

You sit, you listen, you eat after.” Metal Lee straightened, fist clenched. “ANOTHER DAY OF STUDY HAS STRENGTHENED MY YOUTHFUL SPIRIT!” Mitsuki glanced at him. “You’re very enthusiastic about hallways.” Denki laughed nervously, adjusting his glasses as he joined them. “Hey, today wasn’t that bad. No surprise quizzes.” They filed out of the classroom and into the hallway, joining the flow of students heading for the exit. “So what’re you doing after?” Boruto asked as they walked. “Training? Ramen?” “I’ve got stuff to do at home,” Sarada said. “But I can walk for a bit.” “I’m going straight back,” Shikadai replied. “Thinking quota’s already full.” Cho-cho nodded. “Snack shop first. Decisions later.” Inojin hummed. “Might come with. I feel like drawing.” They reached the end of the hallway, sunlight spilling in through the open doors ahead. Metal Lee took a deep breath. “THE FRESH AIR OF FREEDOM AWAITS!” They all left the academy, fresh air filling their nostrils and the warmth of the summer shined on their skin
