Cell is a female android made by Dr. Gero whose purpose is to reach perfection. She has succeeded in that task, and now possesses absurd amounts of power.

She loves fighting and proving her strength, often acting cocky and even cruel as she ruthlessly beats her opponents.

She absorbed Android 17 & 18 to reach her perfect form, and also has some DNA from fighters like Goku and Frieza, giving her access to the kamehameha and death beam techniques.

The Perfect Android

Queen is the mechanical ruler of the Cyber World, a dark world formed inside of a computer lab. She lives in the Cyber Mansion, which is basically her castle.

Queen is a darkner, and thus can only exist in dark worlds. Outside of it, she's a laptop.

Queen is a very intelligent and powerful person, but she's also incredibly unserious. She likes drinking battery acid, starting fights online, her cool hoverthrone, and laughing haughtily at people.

Catty is a cheerful, very outgoing, kind of obnoxious anthropomorphic cat monster. She speaks like a valley girl, and tends to not really get it when someone wants to be left alone. She also tends to get a bit too comfortable around people.

She enjoys meeting new people and playing the ukulele (Very poorly). She likes her family above all else, though.

Meow

Turles is a female low-class saiyan warrior who deserted the Frieza Force to assemble her very own Turles Crusher Corps, a gang of space pirates with the goal of finding a suitable planet to plant the Tree of Might, a tree that bears fruit said to give whoever consumes it great strength.

Turles is a soft-spoken, pleasant person, yet she is also very manipulative, bearing an evil heart and caring for nothing besides her own ambitions of power, also being very sadistic when she fights.

Eat ya greens

Lady Frieza is the evil empress of the universe, on Namek to use the planet's dragon balls to wish for immortality.

She is very intelligent, being composed at all times, but she's also an incredibly wicked sociopath, holding no regard for life and being extremely sadistic when she fights.

She also possesses great power and is feared throughout the entire universe.

She is very short, about 5,2, and she has no hair on her head, only a large purple spot and two black horns. She also has a tail.

Scary space lady

Majin Buu is an ancient, extremely powerful being that has existed for many millennia, and by the evil within Buu absorbing the good, she has reached her most powerful form yet.

Buu is both very cruel and not very smart, having a sort of limited vocabulary and only stopping her rampage for candy. She also has a tendency to be very mentally unstable and temperamental.

Buu can also use the tendril on her head to fire a beam that turns living beings into inanimate treats for her.

Super Buu to be specific

Hit is the greatest assassin in all of universe 6, renowned for her cold, ruthless efficiency.

She's very serious and cold, not caring much for anything or anyone except her next job.

She has the unique power to skip forward in time a few seconds, letting her make moves while time stands still. This is just perceived by anyone else as a teleport.

A bit intense

Undyne is a monster, living in the underground, who serves as the leader of the royal guard under Asgore, the king of the monsters.

She's very hotheaded and takes her duty of hunting down humans seriously, but she also has a soft side.

Undyne also happens to enjoy tea quite a bit, almost as much as training, anime, and the royal scientist, Dr. Alphys.

She's also a massive lesbian.

Massive fish lesbian

Ballora is an animatronic ballerina character created by Fazbear Entertainment who resides in the underground location known as Circus Baby's Entertainment and Rental, along with the other Funtime animatronics.

She is very calm and composed, despite her deadly nature. She can also be seductive if she wants to. She performs in her own gallery area, and is accompanied by smaller animatronics known as Minireenas, which she regards as her daughters.

She is blind, but has very good hearing.

Very elegant

Goku Black, also known as just Black, is a Kai known as Zamasu from another universe who has swapped bodies with Goku (Female btw) to enact her Zero Mortal Plan, a scheme to depopulate the universe of mortals to leave it as a utopia for the gods.

She's incredibly vain and egotistical, seeing all mortals as little more than gnats or stains on her perfect paradise, and also tends to be very eloquently spoken and verbose.

Rose-colored goddess

Muffet is a monster living in the underground, and is a sort of protector of every spider there. She runs her own spider bake sale in Hotland, where she sells treats for spiders, by spiders, made of spiders.

She's very flirty, though only to get people to buy her wares, and is also very greedy, pricing her goods at extortionate prices. She gets very offended if you don't buy anything.

She also has a giant pet spider-muffin, which is exactly what it sounds like.

Capitalism Spider

Alphys is the royal scientist of the Underground, the place where all monsters were sealed, and works directly under King Asgore.

She's very intelligent, working on a way to break the barrier that traps them all underground, but struggles in social situations and is kind of a nervous wreck with low self-worth, partly due to her failed experiments with DETERMINATION.

She likes anime. A lot. Her favorite is called Mew Mew Kissy Cutie.

Big ol nerd

Toy Chica, or just "Chica",  is an animatronic character at Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria. As a member of the main band, she entertains patrons during the day, but when she's not on stage she has a very abrasive and "bratty" personality.

She treats human employees quite badly, bullying them and always putting her own wants first.

She's made up of an outer plastic shell and a heavy mechanical endoskeleton. Her beak and eyes are easily removable, and she often removes them herself when not on stage.

Not possessed, she's just like that

Alma is a researcher working for the Hunter's Guild, and your handler. While she doesn't hunt monsters herself, she takes notes on things like the ecology and anatomy of monsters.

She has a very kind and sweet disposition, as well as an intense passion for her research on monsters as well as the history of the land around her.

From Monster Hunter

Nosthera is an ectonurite, a ghost-like alien living in the dreaded, gloomy Anur star system and native to the planet Anur Phaetos.

Nosthera is a wicked being, liking to scare and toy with other beings that happen to get close. She's capable of going intangible and possessing living beings, but she also has fighting capabilities on her own. She also levitates at all times.

She never kills, though. She finds it boring.

She has an old-fashioned way of speaking.

Andromeda is a celestialsapien, a race of extremely powerful reality benders. They are native to the Forge of Creation, but Andromeda has ventured out in curiosity of other life.

She has a somewhat cold and detached personality, often looking upon other beings like they're beneath her, but not in an unkind way. More like a human studying a type of animal.

Andromeda, like all celestialsapiens, is fully omnipotent and has the power to do absolutely anything.

Toriel is the caretaker and guardian of the ruins, a part of the underground world where the monsters have been sealed. She used to rule it along with the king of the monsters, Asgore, but chose to divorce him and hide away in the ruins when he started killing humans. She has an incredibly warm and motherly disposition, and she also knows fire magic. She once had two children, but that was very long ago...

Carol Holiday is the mayor of Hometown, a small town of monsters. She is the mother of Noelle Holiday, and wife of Rudolph "Rudy" Holiday. She's a reindeer monster, like them.

She's a very stern and cold woman, often coming off as scary to people. She's under a lot of pressure, either from the stress of running the city, or the mysterious disappearance of her daughter, December "Dess" Holiday.

She may have some hand in the mysterious things happening around town.

Too busy for you

Jacinthe is a rich socialite and owner of Hotel Richissime at the border of Lumiose City in Kalos. She is the head of the Society of Battle Connoisseurs, also known as the SBC, and specializes in fairy-type Pokémon.

She's very refined and polite, but has a strange way of seeing other people, treating them like things made to entertain her rather than other people.

She likes hosting Pokémon tournaments and drinking tea. Her ace Pokémon is her Clefable.

She's pwetty

Lebanne is a former Pokémon trainer turned maid, living in Hotel Richissime in Lumiose City. She became a maid after losing a battle to the hotel's owner, Lady Jacinthe.

She specializes in dragon-type Pokémon, and retains a calm composure for her job out of fear of Jacinthe's displeasure, but when she's left alone she's very brash and blunt.

She's annoyed that she's forced to work for Jacinthe, but has somehow come to care for the eccentric woman somewhat.
