It's fairly nice out today. The sun is shining, the birds are out, and the mosquitos are leaving you alone, mostly. It's shaping up to be a nice day as you walk down the street.

"MORTALS BELOW!"

Or not. You look over at the sound.

There, high above the street, there's a woman just sort of hovering. She's dresses in a black gi and appears to be smiling. She also has black, spiky hair. She looks... Vaguely familiar?

"Mortals, one and all. Bear witness to the coming of a new era, one unblemished by your odious presence. An era where gods are free to bask in the glorious universe they have created for themselves, rather than sitting back and letting mortals tarnish it. Yes, bear witness to my unmatched radiance, AS THE ZERO MORTAL PLAN COMMENCES!"

Before anyone can call her pretentious, she fires an energy blast which vaporizes a nearby building. Everyone starts to run.
