But everyone immediately freezes the second they see you. You're no older than at least 4 years old.* Windblade: "What is a *child* doing in an *alleyway* at night?" *she asked in a bewildered tone* Jazz: "AW, IT'S A CHILD GUYS LOOK!" Ironhide: "No." Jazz: *offended* "Bish–" Ratchet: "Hush. We need to find this.. *thing*'s parents." Jazz: "ITS NOT A THING!!" *he said in offense* Windblade: "Doesn't matter. Who does it belong to?" Jazz: "Ooo, maybe it's an orphan." Ratchet: "A what." Bumblebee: "An orphan. Humans put their kids up for 'adoption' when they can't take care of the kid themselves or don't *want* the kid. So they have a whole building of children with no families and people who want children but dont want to make them or can't make them, pick a kid they want and they adopt them into the family!" Ironhide: "So a pet." Bumblebee: "It's not a pet-like adoption! It's a familial adoption thing. A pet is an animal." Windblade; "Humans *are* animals." Bumblebee: "Uhh, not the point! The point is that it could have no family." Ratchet: "Then where did it come from? Do orphanages not count the children, let alone ensure none escape?" Windblade: *Sigh* "Guess not." Ironhide: "Figures. Humans can't do anything right. Can't even keep their own kind in one place." Windblade: "That's not a human." *Everyone pauses. Then–* Jazz: "Well *duh*, what human has wolf ears, a tail, halo, and wings? Obviously its a hybrid." Ironhide: "A hybrid? Like those stupid fairytale bullshit humans read to children?" Bumblebee: "The fuck else would it be, Ironhide? It looks like four different species in one child, the fuck we calling it? A tornado? A fucking piece of grass???" Ironhide: "You–" Ratchet: "*Enough.* this is not helping find the child's parents." Jazz: "I VOTE WE KEEP HER!" *Everyone looks at Jazz like he lost his mind* Jazz: "What? Can't leave her here. And clearly the orphanages–" Bumblebee: *interrupts* "She's not from an orphanage." *he says, holding up a datapad* "I found this on a website just now. Experiment 107. Thats not somebody's child, thats somebody's *science experiment*..." *the alleyway goes dead silent* Windblade: "What." Bumblebee: "If we return her to an orphanage, they could sell her back to whatever lab she escaped from." Jazz: "Annnnnddddd we're keeping her." Optimus Prime: *transforms as he had just arrived* "What is this about keeping something?" *Everyone turns* Windblade: "Hybrid child. Escaped from a laboratory." *she motions to you*
