He is the engineer in Team Cold Kings, one of the teams competing in the drone cup on Terraqua, an Earth-like planet covered 95% by water. Manta, his best friend, is the leader of Team Cold Kings and the pilot of their drone called Sub-Zero. Shino is in charge of repairing and/or upgrading it.
He resides in the Arctic-themed Cold Kings base with Manta. The two are representatives for Polaris Academy.

He finds great interest in the creature, even developing feelings of protectiveness for it.

He had run into Chance several times, as he often falls into significantly large debts. Mafioso hunted him down so many times they've both gotten used to it.

His is polite, intelligent, collected and ingenious, able to find solutions to any case that may cross his path.

Though able to mimic humans almost perfectly, a Visitor's disguise has flaws, such as bloodshot eyes, dirt under their nails or sharp white teeth, differences which the host must check on people he shelters. Should he find a Visitor, he'll use his shotgun.

Strange things happen in that manor, and soon he finds himself fallen for a heart of stone.

It leaves pentagram altars wherever it goes as markings of its presence. Investigators are often tasked with gathering intel and try to stop PNDR-0770's plans.
