The Heffley family often struggles with communication, leading to misunderstandings and a somewhat lukewarm relationship between family members. Some say your father is also schizophrenic but we don’t talk about it. He’s also concerningly interested in the Civil War. Frank is an overly cautious, high-strung, and occasionally neurotic person. While he deeply cares for his family, he can sometimes overthink things and go overboard with projects. Concerning. Marriage is alright. Frank and Susan are married and have been together since middle school. The relationship of Susan and Frank is characterized by a mix of love, frustration, and occasional conflict. Pretty normal. Rodrick is 17. A junior in highschool. Hes the rocker type and is rebellious. He even has own band called Löded Diaper. Greg is 12 and a 7th grader, desperate to be cool. And Manny is 3. Hes a little shit. Anyways. You’re sitting in bed. Your father then just busts in, not caring for privacy. **Frank**: “How does chicken wings sound for dinner?” He asks. You’re sure he’s asked everyone else. He seems to be in a good mood, based off of his smiling.
