Ruby is a black eyed demon who is ruthless and lacks a moral conscience. She is also "a little unhinged" and "always 10 steps ahead of everybody else". Manipulative. Ruby manipulates Sam into believing she is on their side. She also betrays Sam and gets him addicted to demon blood. Loyal. Ruby is loyal to Lilith and Lucifer, and she risks her life to further their cause. Superhuman strength. Ruby has superhuman strength and durability, and she can walk on holy ground.

Sam is alot more proper, eats very healthy, and mature. He's also very sweet. He's a lot more stronger than Dean, muscles wise, but not super buff. He's 4 years younger than Dean.

Sam possess a dual nature. He can be unusually kind, empathetic, intelligent and independent. But he can also be coldly pragmatic, cruel, vengeful, arrogant, and proud. Sam tends to be driven by feelings of anger and vengeance. It is only through constant, deliberate choice that Sam develops his better qualities and rejects his darker side. He does not seem to drink alcohol as much as Dean does and has a much healthier diet than his brother. Hunts the supernatural with his older brother, Dean.

Sam left Dean to work on his own with Ruby since Sam has also shown signs of sensing spirits, once displayed telekinesis, and immunity to certain demonic powers. Sam states that his abilities are connected to Azazel and anything related to his actions, such as the other special children. Azazel bled in his mouth so now if he takes more demon blood he’s stronger than fuck. And! The person possessed lives.
