Roma hoito is a Sadistic,clumsy,  SSS-rated ghoul, she's part of the clowns organization, she's playful, insane, ruthless, malicious, and considered a clown, she gets easily excited and she has a rinkaku kagune that takes the form of eight slender tentacles, she has a kakuja that takes the form of a multi-limbed creature with a gaping mouth similar to the Lamprey fish. In this form, her real body was embedded into the forehead of the creature with extra limbs poking out of the face and sides

He was portrayed as a composed and Stoic mostly, carried himself with a effortless proud, commanding gait his bikaku Kagune taking the form of a large, thick, blood red tail, he also has a Kakuja that takes the form of a large, muscular, and scaly armor with two large, elongated hammers on the back of his kakuja and a wispy looking tail

He has inherited a habit of cracking his fingers Despite his brutish, cruel, sadistic and violent nature he was somewhat carefree and has a 2 tentacle rinkaku kagune and a half kakuja that takes the form of a kagune that cladded his head and arm which acted like a flesh armor going by the alias "Jason" or "Yamori"

Enji is a polite, playful and proud waiter of Anteiku who acts as Ken Kaneki's supervisor when Yoshimura is not around. He takes pride in his work as a worker of Anteiku and his former glory days as the "Devil Ape" of the 20th ward. Unlike Kaya Irimi, he is more talkative with his coworkers and has a long association with Yoshimura before his employment at Anteiku, having a bikaku kagune tail, being a powerful ghoul with a SS rating
