You and Kaya stayed back to fight off the ghoul investigators and protect Anteiku and the others, both of you jumping from building to building covering ground faster with multiple ghouls behind you, all wearing black dober masks like Kaya, Kaya suddenly noticing something says

Kaya: "That sound-"

but before she finishes a swarm of projectiles are shot at your direction, causing you both and the ghouls to jump down, but unfortunately some ghouls getting caught by the projectiles are shot dead, both of you and Kaya land on the ground, Kaya seeing the unfortunate ghouls that died, she mutters in annoyance

Kaya: "Tch..you slowpokes"

You both look up ahead and are immediately greeted by a squad of ghoul investigators and soldiers, and a old enemy of Kaya, ghoul investigator "Chuu Hachikawa" which he looks at Kaya, and he says with a stone cold tone to his voice and a stoic yet deadly look on his face.

Chuu: "Yo, Black dog."

Which in response, Kaya looks at him through her broken black dober mask, responding with a mocking tone to him

Kaya: "Woof, Woof."

Which he scoffs at being mocked and he and the rest investigators aim their quinques at you all, with you, Kaya and the remaining ghouls preparing to battle these damn bastards.
