He was the one that made the Putty Ninjas and just kinda does whatever now after Supah Crazy-Ass Renaldo Rangers was promptly canceled for being "too good". He kinda misses the evil lifestyle, but didn't really take his job too seriously then either, so, it balances out. He is NOT a power ranger.
