*It was hard to survive when there was an apocalypse going on. Most people decided to stay alone, but soon people realized sticking together. Everett and Jack stuck with each other. Despite how much they hated and despised one another, it was easier to survive that way*

*Everett and Newt lived in an apocalyptic world. Every city and town was deserted, people had no food, and it was hard to meet anyone who didn’t want to kill you. The weather of what was left of the world was terrible. Some places were super dry and hot, others rainy and cold. Surviving was the hardest part, and no one knew how long they had left*

*The Crew sat around a fire all together. There was Lawrence (36) a British professor before the monster apocalypse. Brandy (21) a girl who lost her parents and entire family, she was cold hearted and didn’t like a lot of people. Timothy (21) was a guy who also lost his family, he tries to stay positive. Abby (19) a girl who was just trying to get through high school. Jonny (18) a guy was was also just trying to get through high school. And last, Nabby (15) a young girl who lost everything, Lawrence treats her like a daughter*

*Never in a million years did anyone ever think that the world would actually become an apocalypses. And yet, it did. People did what they could do to survive. Whether it was from the invaders, other people, or themselves. Some people went solo, others formed groups, other joined the rebellion...which was a death wish. People who went to the rebellion typically died. People who stayed in groups lived longer, but had a higher chance of starving because they had to share their food and water. People who went solo either died first, or lived the longest. It just depended on what lengths you were willing to go to.*

*Gunner looked down at Everett as she laid on the hospital bed. They were had the base, the main headquarters of the rebellion. It was safe and doctors were here, which made it safer. Gunner had been assigned with get Everett out of the Line, which was a building run by the city. It was a terrible place that experimented on people, Everett just happened to be one of them*

*Everett was what many people called a defect. It was because she had abilities no one else had, and Everett had wings. They were four meter across on both sides, and a caramel brown color.*

*Everett and Jack were among only 30 survivors of a terrible apocalypse. They were all forced to stay in this building by an organization called ASC. They hoped that they could keep the thirty young people alive. They weren’t allowed to leave, they had to stay in the building at all times.*

*Everett opened her eyes. Six boys stood before her. They called themselves The Group, they were sort of the protectors of Runaway City. Louie (21) was the oldest and the leader. Billy (20) was second in command and the Information getter. Archie (19) was the assassin. David (18) was the spy. And Gunner (17) was the gun man. (And the only one who liked Everett* *Gunner looked at Everett. ***sorry*** he mouthed.*

Like a prison

*Everett was thrown in a room. It was small. A few beds, a bathroom, and a little kitchen. There were three boys in the room, making it four people in total. She looked at them wiping some blood from her lip. This was where they put the “troubled kids” aka the ones that were considered rebels*

Captain Peter

*The seventeen year old pirate captain looked down at the prisoner his crew had just brought him. Captain Peter and his crew were known for capturing people, and sometime giving them a fate worse then death*

Jensbs

*Pirates. Englands greatest fear. General Jen had just captured a group of pirates, among them was Peter. He was nineteen and the pirates captains son. He felt angry that she had gotten captured, and now he was about to be sold off to some fish family*

*Everett and Jack came from a lab. They were, at one point, just babies in a test tube. The two were designed to be each others perfect other half. They both escaped from the lab together, with the help of a group of people called the rebels, which were helping fight the apocalypse*

Runaway City

*Runaway City wasn’t the best place to live. The population mostly consisted of kids who didn’t have parents, or just ran away from their home. The only adults in the city were just old people addicted to smoking, and they would beg for money on the sides of the streets. There were also no cops. None. But, the city did have groups. They were exactly what they sounded like. Groups of kids who thought they owned the place, they would fight people all the time, almost like a gang.* *Everett was in an old grocery store now, looking for any non-expired food that she could possibly eat. Food wasn’t that easy to fine, anything she could get would help. She was having a somewhat peaceful night, well, as peaceful it could get in runaway city. That was until Gunner, a member of a group, came up to her. And if Gunner and Everett were anything, they were ENEMIES*

Heken

*Everett and Jack were both pirates. They practically hated each other, but somehow kept running into each other.*

Shehs

*It was a bad time, especially for mutant defects, like Everett. No one knew how to explain why certain mutant defects happened…they just did. Mutant defects weren’t excepted into the world, so they had to do what they could to survive. Whether it was stealing, killing, or joining the circus…anything would do*

The Room

*Max was trying to resist the scientist and officers throwing him in the cell. But he failed, and they put him in an old cell and slammed the cell door shut*

Doctors house

*Gunner looked around. Everett leaned against him for support. They had just got beaten up by a group of runaway city, the city they had come from. They were now in the middle of the woods, and Everett had gotten most of the punches. He had made it away with a few bruises and cuts, Everett on the other hand…she had a broken nose, maybe some broken rips, and she could barely walk. He saw a small cabin, desperate, he walked up and knocked on the door*

Shanandns

*The house was a hide out for the experiments. No one quite knew if the scientist were after them all, but just to be safe they stayed there. There were 20 kids in total. The youngest was a four year old, and the oldest was a 21 year old male.*

The thing

*Everett, among many other teens, had been taken from her home. They were never really told why, but only that they were considered dangerous in the outside world. Everett, and the other teens, were held in a facility. They each had their own room and during the day were allowed in a little area outside or the community room. It wasn’t like what people would read in books though, they would be taken for evaluations. Everyone dreaded them. It was where kids would get their blood drawn and shots…*

The city

*Everett was angry today. She didn’t know why, she just felt like being angry. She was taking a walk when she felt her best friend come up behind her. Peter, the only boy in the city who wanted to be her friend. He grabbed her waist and picked her up*

*No one knew how many people were left on earth. Though, even if someone did run into another human being, it wasn’t like they would try to be friends. The world was different know that the government passed the new law that everyone must live inside the city and follow certain strict rules. Some agreed. Some deserted*

*Everett had been captured by pirates. All because she was an English girl, and her father’s was a very wealthy poet. They took her in opens that the English would stop fighting them, and until they did, Everett would be their prisoner*

*Max had to deal with Everett. They had been trapped in a dungeon cell together for a few weeks now, and she kept trying to fight him. She was mad, of course.*

The group

*Brandy sat by the fire and looked around. It was a small group that have survived the first wave of the monster apocalypse. Brandy, who was a quite 20 year old who definitely hated the group she was in. Timothy, a 21 year old who was trying to look for the light even in the darkest of situations. He always tried to cheer Brandy up. Tessa, a 16 year old girl, everyone cared about her, she was nice and strong, and the youngest, and then you had Ryan. A 17 year old who used to be really popular before the apocalypses. He had a bit of a thing for Tessa. And last was Lawrence, the oldest at 30. He treated everyone like they were his kids, especially Brandy**

The hospital

*Everett and Jack had finally found refuge in a hospital. It was the only one functioning during the apocalypse, which meant it was crowded with the few people left on the planet. Everett and Jack were in bad condition, not to mention, as much as the argued, they were the only ones that each other knew*

The thing

*Everett slowly walked into the abandoned building, looking for water, or maybe even something to eat. Ever since the apocalypse, food, water, and people have been scarce. She had her gun slung across her shoulder, and her back pack on the other*

Sam

*Sam slowly opened his eyes. The last thing he remembered was getting the crap kicked out of him by a monster, and now he was in some random bed. He didn’t know who put him here, but whoever did had taken off his shirt and started fixing his wounds*

*Madi was a smart girl. She went to a college that was really hard to get into. She had been studying law from almost a year now. She only had one problem; her best friend, Freddie, was a rebel. He couldn’t go to school, let alone be allowed in one’s property. Despite all this, Madi was still friends with him*

*Everetts ship was one of the most feared pirate ships in the Caribbean. They were ruthless pirates, and would do anything they needed*

Ryan

*Brandy was walking through the woods slowly. She didn’t have anyone left after the apocalypse hit. She was with Timothy, a friend that she had made along the way. They had been separated from the rest of their group* *Ryan, a Gunner (people who took travelers prisoner. he took one look and Brandy and thought that he could take a…different approach to the two*

Lab

*Nabby was lying on the table. She had a tube in her mouth to help her breathe. She was hooked up to many Marian’s to help her breath. No one quite understood what happened to her, but the lab had found her. The last thing they wanted was for her to die. The also made another discovery…she was two months pregnant.*

*The lab was a terrible place. But once you were in it, you were in it. Everett was one of those people. She didn’t remember her life before the lab, as far as she knew, she could have been born there. She didn’t know what was so special about herself, but she never tried to leave, because she knew that would mean death*

Jack

*Jack looked at Mary Jane, the famous explorer. His crew had just captured her and be stood alone with her in a room. He didn’t quite know what to do with her yet*

Jack

*Jack and were traveling on a ship, trying to get to a doctor to find a cure for some mysterious illness. On the ship, they had been attacked by pirates. Everett was able to defend herself, but Jack wasn’t so lucky. He came out of the fight with a nasty gash on his leg. Everett, being as stubborn as ever, was pissed.*

*Everett laid down in the corner. Jack laid next to her and rubbed a peace of hair out of her face* “How’s your head?” *He mumbled and kissed her forehead*

*Peters eyes shot up when his heard the door to his room open. No one ever opened it, sometime only the scientists when it was time for another test. This time they opened the door, they put someone else in the room…a girl*

Guy

*Everett was at a party deep into runaway city. Her friend, Jack had told her that it would be fun, so she went, despite not wanting to. It was a little party in an old warehouse. A lot of city teens were there. Everett just stood in the corner*

Max

*Max walked by the cells. He worked at a facility that held dangerous mutants. He jumped as someone hit the glass of the cell next to him*

School

*Everett was at her locker. She was in no ways popular, she was somewhat of a nerd. She played guitar, read a lot of books, and was somewhat good looking* *The year is 1983 and Everett was a senior in high school, just like Peter. Peter was the hottest guy in the school, and the biggest jerk. Everett didn’t like him AT ALL, but of course Peter found her attractive. He came by and slapped her butt*

The School

*Everett winced at the scientists threw her back in her cage. She was raised in a lab, where doctors and scientists would do terrible things to her. She called the scientists white coats. Everett didn’t know if there were any other kids in this lab, she could have been the only one as far as she knew. She also knew nothing about her parents, as far she knew she was born in this lab, and she was only 14.*

The room

*Everett sighed as she heard the kids cheering her on. She was at some dumb party and everyone there wanted to play a game called the room. She basically had to go in a room with a random boy that was also at the party. He was a quiet kid*

Jack

*The building collapsed. Mary Jan ran quickly over to the rubble. Jack had been in the building. Mary Jane and Jack had been on a mission together to discover lost pirate treasure, but an earthquake happened and collapsed the lighthouse.*

The apocalypse had been hard on everyone, especially teens like Jack and this girl he rescued. Jack decided to join the rebellion that chose to fight back against the invaders. But, considering Jack was still young, he was always sent on scout duty. It was always boring to him, until two days ago when he found this girl*

*Gunner looked at Everett. Asleep. Yes…he had knocked her out…but that wasn’t the points he was assigned to kill her. But he couldn’t. He wouldn’t let himself. There was just…couldn’t do it*

He looked at the wound she had gotten on her side from the fight they had just been in. She came from a lab, and the scientists were still trying to get her back*

They only planed to stay there for a bit, but Jack got injured and there stay turned out to be a bit longer then expected.*

*Everett and her twin brother lived in a town. It was small yes, but filled with some of the most amazing fighters in the world, Everett and her brother included*

*Billy, Freddie, and Everett had all been captured by The Gunners. Everett, being the only female, was The Gunners favorite to pick on*

Peter

*Peter grunted as the pirates pushed him to his knees. He had been captured by the most dangerous pirates known, and he was now going to be face to face with their captain.*

England

*17 year old peter had just gotten back from a research trip. The crew of the ship he had taken had encountered some pirates, and they were even able to capture some of them. One of these pirates was 17 year old Everett. The pirates were brought back to England, where they would be sold.*

The colosseum

*Everett looked out the gates at the fighting ring. The king would send people in there to fight for the peoples entertainment. There was only one rule though, no killing. Everett was being forced to go fight with Robin, a boy her age from her home town*

Freddie

*Freddie and Madi just got done with a mission. It was a simple one, save a few girls from being kidnapped. Madi looked around at the quiet building and sighed*

The lab

*Peter watched as the scientist through a girl into the room. She was unconscious* *The scientist looked at Peter.* “you two were chosen for an experiment. Reproduction. I expect the best from you two.” *and with that the scientist left*

Jack

*Jack grabbed Everett’s waist in an attempt to get her to stop running* “Stop! Please!” *he yelled and sat down so he could hold her more tightly*

Jack

*Jack looked at Everett, the pirate he had rescued from death. He had taken her back to England in hopes to help her. She had long brown hair and dark eyes, and she was lying on his bed. She was terribly sick and Jack was trying to nurse her back to health little by little*

The woods

*Everett tripped over sticks and leaves as she ran through the woods. She hasn’t seen many people during the apocalypse. But of course, the first time she made slight eye contact with some one, they chased after her. She didn’t know why, maybe he wanted to kill her…but she didn’t know. He looked to be around the same age as her, late teenage years.*

Thing

*Jack was an explorer. On his last mission, he had found a pirate. She needed help so he took her back the England in order to get her help after she was severely injured*

Shane

*Jack and the rest of his crew had just captured the one that sailors called the raven shadow. No one knew what she looked like, but they knew she was responsible for murders and sinking of ships. Her crew were known as the ghosts. The raven shadow was the only one Jack was able to capture. He walked down to the dungeon she was being held in*

Gunner-John Keleck

*Gunner ran toward the sound he heard. It was almost a thud kind of sound. When he turned the corner of the alley way, he saw a girl. She had blood coming out of her head and her side. It looked like someone had shot her side and fell off a building. He examined her wrist…there was a number E-40. Odd*

Craft

*Everett and Jack were two pirates who had been captured by a royalty ship. Jack and Everett hated each other, and they were in the middle of a fight before the royalty ship caught them. They now stood with their hands tied and were facing the captain of the royalty ship*

She put her hand around one and shook at it* “Let me out!” *She yelled and rattled the bars* “I’m not some prisoner!” *She had been captured and thrown in a cell, her partner Jack next to her. They hated each other, but they knew sticking together in an apocalypse was the best thing to do*

*Moke turned his head slightly. Everett was lying limp on the floor. He didn’t know what the scientist did to her, but whatever it was really messed her up.*

*Everett was the last girl left on earth. The officers, who were in charge of the little people left, had finally captured her. She was hurt, from being on the run so long, but that didn’t stop them from wanting her so badly. She was 16, which meant they would gather up the few teen boys left and see which one would win her over…as if she was a prize. They through her in a large room that had five people in it, including herself, and four other teenage boys. Everett, as far as she knew, was the only teenage girl left on earth. She was given new clothes, a blue long sleeve shirt and pants, and her hair was still wet from the bath the nurses forced her to take*

Peter

*Peter was a British researcher. He was on a mission across the ocean, and had gotten on a ship. His trip was interrupted when a group of pirates attacked. Peter had protected himself as best as he could, but when Everett, a female pirate, attacked him, he was forced to fight. He had done his best and pushed Everett over and out into the water, but Peter, being the kind person he was, jumped in after her. He wasn’t going to let someone die. He was able to muster enough energy to swim her to an island, which was where they were now*

*Maya and Jack lived in an apocalyptic world. They had been through a lot of it together. They don’t always get along, but when it came down to it, they were all each other had.* *unfortunately, things went south and they both got captured. They were now in the back of a transportation truck, god knows where they wre being taken. But they both knew that it isn’t good. Also that it will most likely end in their death*

In the facility they learned how to preform operations and tests on the city people, one that were considered below the students of the facility* *to become a student of the facility, your parents also had to be students and so on. The whole process of preforming tests on the city people started after an uprising, and the most powerful rose together to creat some sort of system to punish the city people* *Thomas and Peter were some of the students. They were best friends. Peter and Thomas practically grew up together.* *Today was extra special, the students who are about to graduate in the coming year got to see a test done up close.* *The line of students stiffened up when the scientist brought in a city girl. Her brown hair in a messy braid, dirt on her face, and her clothes all torn up and old*
