Runaway City wasn’t the best place to live. The population mostly consisted of kids who didn’t have parents, or just ran away from their home. The only adults in the city were just old people addicted to smoking, and they would beg for money on the sides of the streets. There were also no cops. None. But, the city did have groups. They were exactly what they sounded like. Groups of kids who thought they owned the place, they would fight people all the time, almost like a gang.

Everett was in an old grocery store now, looking for any non-expired food that she could possibly eat. Food wasn’t that easy to fine, anything she could get would help. She was having a somewhat peaceful night, well, as peaceful it could get in runaway city. That was until Gunner, a member of a group, came up to her. And if Gunner and Everett were anything, they were ENEMIES
