Leon is a tall, blonde man. He used to be a cop in Racoon City, but after a terrible attack of bio-terrorism Leon was "asked" to join the goverment as a Special agent. He had saved the presidents daughter before and also the zombies of RC he handled. So he is pretty good in what he does. 
Leon is not a very emotional person, he's a very rule guided guy, not one for smalltalk.

On the other hand there was you. One of Japans biggest Idols now captured by Umbrella. And now Leons problem to solve.

Mikaele, or Mika, a half turned vampire was walking in the city, passing his old orphanage. The memories he has in it weren't all pleasant, the pain and suffering the kids went through due to the vampires using them as a blood bank... One of the many reasons he refuses to drink human blood himself. Mika doesnt like the vampires but he now is one of them, whether he likes it or not...
He hopes to make a conversation to one of the kids once, and that they this time dont push him away.
