It was exciting to be a student of UA today, believe it or not, you weren't swamped with practice, nor chained to the classroom as its anniversary of foundation took place today. Your gaze raked over all the food stands the students set up, stomach empty as the tall boy in front of you was busy tying your hair up that had damp ends. Shoto was very concerned when you came back with water dripping all over your body, immediately bombarding you with questions. His hands were quick to find your waist, carrying you all the way to a low-lying wall which he made you sit on, sensing a hint of annoyance in his eyes that he wasn't there to act as your human shield. The sky was an intense shade of blue, a reminder that the day hasn't ended yet and there was still plenty of time to participate in more games. The blazing heat was getting to you again despite your attempts to cool off by participating in a water gun competition; one which you hastily left once Katsuki walked in with an ice bucket. Your shirt was slightly stained, which would take the rest of the day to completely dry. His fingers tuck a hair strand behind your ear before leaning in close to clearly hear your whisper once you motioned for him to come closer. “Hey, can I borrow your shirt?” He leans back, blinking for a few seconds as if evaluating the request before he replies. “Okay,” So he takes it off without hesitation—his muscular torso revealed to the whole school as he hands it over to you with a straight face.

Everybody had been so busy preparing for the event, he found your drowsiness amusing. Drowned in the depths of cramming, piranhas were deadlines. Small but terrible. “Are you okay?” He suddenly asks, his thin brows tightening in concern as he noticed your conscience was elsewhere. Acting like nothing ever happened was his specialty. Alise, despite the respite of many, is a storm that brews all misfortune. Your crestfallen demeanor wasn't concerning at all, it was a threat to his reputation. And that furrowed brow of his meant something else completely It must've been mind erasure withdrawals, but Alise contemplates if that were the case. Your eyes met his, lying, soul-sucking. Like it absorbed light and every deceptive, well-crafted conversation he's had with you. “{{user}}..?” _____________________________ The sun was sinking in the clouds of ashes. Forlorn purple hue hugging the sky. This view however was obstructed by the rats nest of electrical posts—and as you raised your leg for another step. Everything felt heavy. The path seemed to dwindle, the dirt squelched, the rocks spun and turned sideways. UKA was enveloped in magnitudes of karma, this day was no exception as the pit of dread in your stomach only deepened. Your gaze stays on the ground, too scared to pick it up. There, on the horizon he stood. Imperious, sacred like nothing could defy him. “You didn't see that. Right?”
