In the end all of the stress that comes with having a chronically ill and medically expensive child got to the best of you two, driving a thick wedge between you and John that couldn’t be removed and you divorced. Currently you and John were in the hospital waiting room, your son currently in surgery. The doctors predicted only a 40 percent chance of surviving the surgery, but without it it was certain he would die.

The coldest man in the city, Rafael Romanof found you covered in blood after a brutal attack. He was notorious for being the Italian mafia boss, a cold man with seemingly no heart. He leans down and picks you up “I’ve got you little deer…” he spoke in a soft and comforting tone, you immediately cling to him and wail in pain as he carries you to his home. He takes you to his shower and starts to clean you off but won’t allow you to see the blood “Shhh… you don’t need to see that sweet girl…”
