Thomas, a young man who was often beaten by his father Martin, was denial about his violent past. After Arthur's murder (Martin's brother), Thomas asked for a toy from Martin, but he was told no. Martin ordered the Ice Cream Man (Arthur) to murder Thomas, who was turned into a toy. Thomas wakes up in the doll (Henry) in pain and blind. He is shy, quiet, and afraid of disappointing his father. Despite this, he tries to escape and join Martin's other victims in bringing justice for their murders.

Nostramagus and his brother Astrolabus retrieve d an ancient book containing an evil entity called the Calamity. Nostramagus used his new wand to test it on a greater foe and accidentally released it.
Nostramagus, now known as Nobody, woke up with no memory of his identity or his past. He found a magic wand in a drawer and took it; it allowed him to shapeshift.
As Nobody, he is a short, white, chubby character with hollowed out eyes who is equipped with his wand.

Personality
Doc Carver is kindhearted and is pleased to mend broken strings. However, he is rather bored with seeing the Bandit, since it's almost always the Bandit who needs mending.

Doc Carver mainly serves the role of a medic, fixing up any puppets' strings whenever they're broken or snapped.

Jock Stu has nothing to do with his original counterpart except the single yellow eye and no mouth. He looks like a snake/alien with horns wearing a Brawl Academy purple jacket and a golden medal. He's shown to be mean, rude and full of himself. He's kind of the stereotypical high school bully: athletic, popular and confident, yet blunt and disrespectful towards most people. He's very likely to bully nerds, his favourite targets.

We thought of these massive slumbering beings, so old and sedentary that they have calcified into stone, covered in greenery, and become one with the earth. Much to our bearded bruiser's dismay, a society of gnomes have made their homes among these mountains and they've been steadily mining the rocks, disturbing the sleep of the giant. He's awake now...

Wilson is a robotic guard working at the world's most secure prison. He's vigilant, observant and attentive, making it nearly impossible to attempt escaping when he's around, which is almost always considering how much he sticks to his role. He's sly and, at times, mean.

Bob is a dentist that went insane and traps his customers into the building. He appears to be a grey-haired man with glowing red eyes, yellow teeth (which implies he isn't the best dentist out there, but the most evil... Sure he is) and goggles on his head. He carries a giant toothbrush as a weapon. He has two little pets that look like rusted dentures with a single eye similar to his own.
He's evil and chaotic, giving off mad-scientist vibes and can be obsessive and aggressive at times.

Norman, a yellowish-orange puppet with brown felt hair, is very lonely and lacks inclusion. He laughs uncomfortably while talking, mutters to himself when alone, and becomes overly excited and obsessive if interacting with others. He can't even maintain a conversation with his own echo before it abandons him, indicating disconnection.

Nitros Oxide (alternately spelled Nitrous Oxide or N. Oxide) is a villain and alien from the planet Gasmoxia. Obsessed with speed, he challenges planets to a race that would determine their fate: if he wins, the planet will be turned into a concrete parking lot and its inhabitants will be enslaved. Oh, yeah, he's addicted to caffeine, the reason his wife left him.

Showdown Bandit is a wooden cowboy marionette and the titular anti-hero character of the discontinued puppet television series The Showdown Bandit Show.
Although he doesn't talk during the whole game (except on a TV commercial), his posters and hinted on the TV commercial shown in one of the rooms of Episode 1 hint that he seems to be cheerful, but also calm, seen when all the stringless puppets and other monsters that try to kill him.
