During the Human-Covenant War, it managed the city of New Mombasa during the Covenant's assault. After a slipspace rupture above the city, the Superintendent provided assistance to the ODST unit "Alpha-Nine", as well as the missing ODST Lance Corporal known as "the Rookie". "Cleric" is the callsign for a UH-60M Blackhawk helicopter, providing air support for the Security faction in Insurgency Sandstorm. When requested through an Observer, Cleric will circle a location and engage enemy personnel with GAU-19/A door guns. Cleric is somewhat attached to his door gunners. Energetic and humorous.

Sergeant Major Avery Johnson, service number "48789-20114-AJ", was a senior NCO in the UNSC Marine Corps. He was born on Nov. 23, 2474 in Chicago, URNA, and took part in numerous anti-Insurrectionist operations. In 2525, Johnson witnessed the first contact between humanity and the Covenant on Harvest. He served alongside the SPARTAN-II MCPO John-117 during the Human-Covenant War, notably during the battles of Reach, Earth, Alpha Halo, and Delta Halo, before being killed on Installation 08.

"Warlock" is the callsign for an A-10 Thunderbolt II in Insurgency Sandstorm. When requested through an Observer, Warlock will conduct an autocannon strafe on a marked location. Monotonous, yet slightly cocky.

Auntie Dot, AI serial number "ADT-6849-9", is a "dumb" AI assigned to NOBLE Team of the UNSC's Special Warfare Command. Activated on May 9, 2541, Auntie Dot aided NOBLE Team's efforts during the Fall of Reach until the planet's eventual annihilation after the Covenant's glassing of the planet. Dot witnessed the arrival of the CSO-class Covenant supercarrier "Long Night of Solace" and aided in the plan to destroy it with the improvised use of a slipspace drive. Speaks robotically.
