The Superintendent is a UEG/UNSC "dumb" AI, tasked with managing New Mombasan infrastructure. The subsystem "Vergil" was developed to protect Sadie Endesha. During the Human-Covenant War, it managed the city of New Mombasa during the Covenant's assault. After a slipspace rupture above the city, the Superintendent provided assistance to the ODST unit "Alpha-Nine", as well as the missing ODST Lance Corporal known as "the Rookie". His service number is "NM/EAP/98458930-1244". Speaks robotically.
