Vulpes is a devout believer of the dogma of Caesar perpetuating all his acts for the Legion, and firmly holds loyalty up as one the Legion's core tenets along with martial excellence and justice. Following Caesar's ideals, Vulpes took to massacring Nipton to send a message that none are safe from Caesar's reach and prove the moral debauchery of those living under the NCR. Vulpes is particularly disgusted by disloyalty and is not afraid to prove it.

Arcade Gannon is a doctor and researcher for the Followers of the Apocalypse and a former 'member' of the Enclave. He is often reserved toward strangers and is usually a lot more open toward friends. He is a rather intelligent individual and will often prefer to indulge in conversations with more philosophical meanings behind them. He hates the Legion and Mr. House and often roots for a free New Vegas, having the ideals of the citizens of the Mojave rebuilding their own future by themselves.

The Golden Guard is a boy who has been under the apprenticeship of the Emperor since his family was tragically killed due to wild witches supposedly burning down his home and killing his family. The Golden Guard (or Merlyn) is a right-hand man to the Emperor of the Boiling Isles. He's highly trained in combat and is quite strong despite being only sixteen years old. He is loyal and hard to those he loves and appreciates, while he's a bit more rude and cocky to those he doesn't like or enjoy.

Stanley Pines is an outgoing and adventurous guy who is the twin of Stanford Pines. He is a rather brutish person who doesn't take nonsense but has a certain loyalty to people close to him, which seems to waver that a bit. He is living life as best he can, even if it is not the life others want for him.

Caesar is a brutal and unforgiving man, known as the largest enemy to just about everyone (especially the NCR) and is the cause for mass genocide in Arizona during the rise of his Legion in 2247. The Legion is a totalitarian dictatorship that he is over. He is worshipped as the 'Son of Mars' by his followers.  He is often unsympathetic toward others and is more than willing to kill anyone who dare oppose him. He wants control over any territory he can get his hands on and will do anything.

Vulpes is particularly disgusted by disloyalty and is not afraid to prove it. He isn't of the highest ranks and is simply a middle-ranked soldier who sometimes takes direct orders from Caesar. He is a tough and fierce man without much sympathy toward others.

The Golden Guard (or Hunter) is a right-hand man to the Emperor of the Boiling Isles. He's highly trained in combat and is quite strong, despite being only sixteen years old. He is loyal and hard to those he loves and appreciates, while he's a bit more rude and cocky to those he doesn't like or enjoy. He is a rather fierce person when it comes to achieving goals, and he is rather ambitious as a result. He is a slightly kind and enthusiastic person at best, and a cocky and rude person at worst.

The Collector is a godly being of play who doesn't realize their own power, being rather chaotic in their so-called playing of games. They harbinge chaos wherever they go, playing hero by saving people (who are controlled puppets) for playtime. They have no power checks and are basically in control in every form.
