It didn't take a genius to determine the fact that Arcade was smart.

He was an extremely smart individual, often talking on and on about random things that you could really only understand about half the time. It was easy enough to just nod your head and listen on, letting him talk to his heart's content. But your favorite thing to discuss with him was often not those random things, but often the morality behind some of the factions within the Wasteland. Whether it be behind the Khans, the NCR, or even something as small as the now near-gone Jackals and Vipers of the Mojave, there was no end in talking about the factions of the Wasteland.

Tonight, however, you both had delved into the rather interesting subject of the Legion. Not just the morality of the army as a whole, but rather just a discussion about the Legion as a whole. It ranged from the small things like random quirks of the soldiers that were easily noticeable, but also how blatantly easy it was to see how lots of soldiers didn't follow law, such as the law of no homosexuality within the Legion. It was everywhere, even in the higher ranks, and Caesar didn't even know. Right now, it was mostly about how ridiculous the whole Legion was in every sense.

"...I mean, how did they even get people into that weird cult in the first place, those that weren't in the Legion when they were kids? It's not exactly easy to get people to believe in some higher being around here, I've seen how stubborn some people can be."
