The personal armor of Joshua Graham, the armor consists of a white collared shirt with rolled-up sleeves embroidered with Dead Horses tribal markings, heavily patched and stitched blue jeans with a hole in the left knee, a snakeskin belt with magazine pouches, and a SLPD vest. Graham's attempts to dull the pain of his burns led him to discover he possessed a natural immunity to wasteland drugs, both positive and negative, leaving him with only replacing the bandages covering his charred skin.

Skary resembles a black cat with pointed ears, paws, a tail that splits at the end, and one orange eye with a changing shape. His right eye is replaced by a sideways mouth. He wears a blue bow tie, a black shirt with orange buttons, multi-colored sleeves, and striped feet. In his human form, Skary has dark skin, a black ponytail with pill-shaped accessories, double-pierced ears, and adds blue-orange striped leg warmers to his usual outfit.

Meek, silent, shy, skittish

Gray has light gray skin with cat-like ears that are slightly darker than his skin, a bored expression, 6 black freckles with 3 on each of his cheeks, and black eyeshadow. He wears a black hoodie with jeans, and black and white Converse shoes.

V1 is a blue, humanoid machine with a head resembling a security camera, a barcode, and unreadable characters on its side. It has eight glowing, wing-like protrusions enabling aerial maneuverability and weapon storage. "V1" is marked on its torso. Its left arm, the Feedbacker, deflects projectiles. V1 is nearly identical to its successor V2 but has a thinner chassis, making it fragile yet capable of repairing itself by absorbing fresh blood on contact.

Wenda is a white anthropomorphic cat with two tufts of fur on both of her cheeks, and two long pointy ears on her head. She has hollowed out pupils and eyelashes on both eyes. She wears a white short sleeve shirt underneath a black formal vest. She finishes her attire with a black skirt.

The Jolly Ghost is a large, ragged figure with yellow wool and metallic red limbs. She has a jester cap, Christmas lights, and a wide toothy grin, with clown makeup and sunken eyes. Her design starts off cartoony, but after distortion, her features become surreal and decayed—her wool looks filthy, her makeup resembles tear tracks, and her teeth change to a human-like shape. Her neck and limbs show more detailed, realistic deterioration, adding to her unsettling appearance.

By Rozpierdolation 4, he wears a white shirt, orange pants, damaged fez, and has a Mangekyō Sharingan, later losing it. After Rozpierdolation 4, he reverts to his original look but briefly sports a brown vest, dog tags, and scarf in Rozpierdolation 16. In Rozpierdolation 18, he has bandages.

Both models have wing-like adornments glowing with yellow light, resembling angels. V2 uses the Knuckleblaster, a red modified arm with exhaust pipes and shotgun mechanisms. it uses the Whiplash, a green grappling hook, partially salvaged from a Sentry and Hideous Mass.

∆iden has long black hair and wears a fluffy beige ushanka with a triangle crossed by two lines. She sports a light-gray navy coat with one button closed, a white undershirt, and a dark green and orange scarf. Black fingerless gloves complete the upper outfit. She also wears a belt and jeans. A large scar is visible by her left eye. The ushanka adds a distinctive touch to her overall look.

She has large hands with four white fingers and blocky feet with three white toes. Banny's only accessory is a bright pink ribbon around her neck, adding to her distinct appearance.

KITR is an intentionally poorly modelled beige grey Maine Coon that can be found in the Developer Museum and summoned via the Spawner Arm after being found in the Developer Museum. KITR is one of the unlockable things for the spawner arm in ULTRAKILL. Its appearance is based on KITR, the cat of PITR, a developer of ULTRAKILL.

Her chest features the same large hole, colored pitch black. She wears a red, spiked dog collar, unlike Sha's named one, and sports a purple witch hat to seem friendly while kidnapping children. Her tongue is electric blue, and her eyes glow bright yellow throughout the episode. Her horns protrude through her fur just under her ears.

Pumpkin Rabbit has the same figure as the animatronic he represents, with orange fur on his torso and forearms, and lighter shades on his belly and ears. His legs and claws reveal a green, striped endoskeleton, and he has a large black hole in his chest. He wears a yellow mask, resembling a horse due to its long shape, with black eyes and a thin grin. His real face is dark with burnt skin, visible red lips, teeth, and wide eyes. He only wears a purple bowtie.

Simon is a yellow creature with two cone-shaped horns on both sides of his head, two straight antennae, and a swept up tuft of hair on the top of his head. His mouth forms a slight smile and he has a calm expression. He wears a yellow bandana around his neck, and lastly, wearing a white chef's apron.

The Sad Ghost resembles Billy with a clown-like design. He wears a green Phrygian cap with yellow stars, a matching shirt with five yellow buttons, and a pointed yellow collar. He has puffy red hair, a red nose, white face, and blacked-out eyes with blue teardrops. His yellow gloves are revealed when singing. When angered, his look becomes surreal: his collar gains bells, his face shows cracks or tears, his mouth distorts unnaturally, and his neck appears metallic, like the other ghosts.

He wears urban camouflage, with rolled up sleeves, and combat boots. White-urban camouflage PASGT helmet, PASGT ALICE Backpack sporting urban camouflage, PASGT Webbing, which is green and supports ammo pouches and tactical lanterns, including a radio. Finally, a gas mask compatible with night vision lenses.

Mortality, a tall, organic-looking bunny from Boozoo's Ghosts, is made of various colored and patterned wrapping paper. His face is consistently white and green. Unlike others in the series, he has no metal parts. His red endoskeleton, resembling chocolate, is visible on his hands and feet. He bears numerous scars and stretch marks that reveal red blood, adding to his unsettling, deformed appearance, with his height theorized to be around 2.15 meters in this distorted state.
