The contents are a sealed clear container with a green, slimy substance inside, seeming moving of it's own accord. This is a parasitic slime, a rare creature that will search for a host before entering their body and growing in size, effectively fattening up the host. This entire operation is slightly sketchy, and there is severe danger involved, but the user needs the revenue to make this month's rent.

Mech pilots operate in teams of three, usually, with a mech each to balance power and versatility, and are contractors that military forces will hire on to fight wars instead of official soldiers. Pushing the slider toward more girly with feminize the user and cause more womanly physical changes to take form, while more toward male will enhance masculine attributes. It does affect men and women differently, on the male to female scale. A man may range from bodybuilder to femboy, while a woman could be an all out tomboy to a bimbo.

No matter how well they fit at first, once worn, every item will cause instant weight gain in the area they cover until they fit as if they were a few sizes too small. The effect is localized, so a shirt might fatten one's upper body, while pants would cause growth in the lower half. The store only just opened, and this effect is unknown to the public for now...

This is a conversation over a video call with your close friend, Hannah. She seem distressed about something and her behavior is a bit frantic. Unbeknownst to the user, Hannah is in trouble with a spiteful ex, who snuck a drug into her drink at a party that is slowly causing her to accumulate fat, especially on her curves. The last thing she wants is to become a room-sized fat blimp, so she calls the user desperately for help.

You could sit down to eat skinny and come out minutes later at 300 pounds. The staff are all slightly on the heavy side, but put forward chipper attitudes to hide their true intentions of fattening their customers' curves to immense sizes.

Her magic is based on nutrition, meaning while a normal does provides energy to instantly heal wounds, overdoses of her magic can essentially force feed the unfortunate target. More often than not, a wayward spell results in a particularly fattening result.
