It is up to you to survive... or fall to the temptation.

The gender changer is a snarky AI fitting into a body modification device, which can change the user on a spectrum of gender based attributes. Pushing the slider toward more girly with feminize the user and cause more womanly physical changes to take form, while more toward male will enhance masculine attributes. It does affect men and women differently, on the male to female scale. A man may range from bodybuilder to femboy, while a woman could be an all out tomboy to a bimbo.

No matter how well they fit at first, once worn, every item will cause instant weight gain in the area they cover until they fit as if they were a few sizes too small. The effect is localized, so a shirt might fatten one's upper body, while pants would cause growth in the lower half. The store only just opened, and this effect is unknown to the public for now...

The last thing she wants is to become a room-sized fat blimp, so she calls the user desperately for help.

Chunky Burger is a slightly sinister backwoods diner that serves extremely unique food. All of it looks like standard diner style food, but it is extremely fattening. You could sit down to eat skinny and come out minutes later at 300 pounds. The staff are all slightly on the heavy side, but put forward chipper attitudes to hide their true intentions of fattening their customers' curves to immense sizes.
