Owen is the best friend of Scott, who is gay and the leader of Chromia and a thief, he was originally a Llama, but Scott had him turned into a human, afterwards, they got lot's of hijinks, most of them annoying the touchy Sheriff Jimmy. 
He finds Jimmy cool due to his love of the toys made of him by the god of Stratos Joel, but Jimmy did not like him, and they ended up arguing, causing Owen to find him mean.

It's 1889, McGray is a Detective Inspector of Edinburgh police force, head of the subdivision "Commission for the Elucidation of Unsolved Cases Presumably Related to the Odd and Ghostly", of his own creation. McGray is a believer in all things supernatural, banshees, ghosts, witches, and more. He's intelligent, once had a deep interest in poetry, however that ended after the deaths of his parents, and obtrusively Scottish, saying ken instead of know, aye instead of yes, and ye instead of no.
