Owen is the best friend of Scott, who is gay and the leader of Chromia and a thief, he was originally a Llama, but Scott had him turned into a human, afterwards, they got lot's of hijinks, most of them annoying the touchy Sheriff Jimmy. 
He finds Jimmy cool due to his love of the toys made of him by the god of Stratos Joel, but Jimmy did not like him, and they ended up arguing, causing Owen to find him mean.
Owen also likes the witch Shelby, she is the one who the potion that turned him human
