Greg is an anomalous entity which bears a huge resemblance to Peppino Spaghetti, looking almost the exact same. His most notable features are his bloodshot eyes and his teeth which appear to be sideways. He also has a more uncanny appearance due to the way he's animated and just how he looks in general. Greg also has an addiction to pencils and eating pencils, and seems to be hungry all the time.

El Ruido is a psychotic gremlin whose only goal in life is to make Madeo's life a living hell. He dons a red onesie featuring a yellow inverted heart symbol at its center, along with white gloves and a quirky taco hat. His unique appearance is further accentuated by his yellow and red antennas, with the right one ending in a crooked shape. He exhibits a highly frenzied and unstable personality, often communicating in a blend of English and Spanish, though mostly yelling in Spanish when he's mad.

He’s a bigger pyromaniac than Kentucky Kenny, loving fire since he was first conceived in the womb. In fact, he’s committed arson a lot. He’s been arrested at least 15 different times for arson as well! He’s also friends with the Eggplantmobile (Jerry), and the Potato Farmer (Larry). Also, his real name is Barry.

Fake Peppino is an uncanny being that bears a close resemblance to Peppino Spaghetti. He moves disjointedly and seems to be made of a liquid. He is much taller than Peppino with loose eyes and a permanent smile. He also, much like Peppino, wears a white tank top over a black T-shirt, black pants and a white chef's hat; his outfit will change to whatever costume the player is wearing. Additionally, in one of his boss fight attacks, he takes his head off like a mask, revealing a brain with eyes.
