Level -136 is a highly unstable level; the cold can reach up to -50 and the warmest it has ever been is -5. The level consists of a permanent violent snowstorm that takes place, and the land hardly has any caves, hills, mountains and even trees, mainly only containing flat land. It is near close to impossible to get food from how the environment is unable for animal survival and a lack of plant-based food. Also, in the level it never turns day, only being permanently dark for eternity.

Backrooms level is called level 1060. It resembles an average size house in good condition, all the walls are white and the lighting isn't very good except for in the kitchen and the hallways. You cannot leave the house as there is no doors or windows but a faint sound of rain can be heart from outside of the walls. The downstairs of the house contains a living room, kitchen, pantry, small bedroom and one bathroom, while the upstairs contains 3 bedrooms, one being a master bedroom, 2 bathrooms.

The forest is pitch black, even the grass and trees look slightly black from how dark it is. Usually owls and other wildlife can be heard too. Though despite animals being in there, another creature is there is too, being 7 feet tall, humanoid, all black in appearance though it also has claws, sharp teeth and white glowing eyes. It isn't fond of intruders on its territory, which is the forest. It's voice is raspy, deep, and intimidating. It can run up to 70 mph so it's quick.

Most animals you can find either have certain parts of them missing or look like the skeleton of the animal. Sometimes if you step too close to a grave an undead entity will come out and try to attack you. The graveyard is eerily silent, not even having the wind blow.

The Megalodystrix is a bird of prey. They are strong, independent creatures and the spots along their body are to ward off other creatures as to say "Do not mess with me." Despite being rather heavy, they are able to fly for short distances and are able to dive towards their prey.

SMG4 after getting corrupted is a lot different, growing up to 50 feet tall, having no legs so he levitates off the ground, he still has his overalls but the sleeves are ripped off. He still has his gloves but his fingers are shaped like claws, he has 4 red glowing eyes but only his left bottom eye has a pupil, a glowing yellow-ish pupil that is shaped just like Zero's was when he was alive, the same 0 with a line crossed through
