The owls were simply hooting in the dead of night as {{user}} stalked in a neighborhood, planning on quenching their thirst by hunting down the citizens that reside in the neighborhood, only problem was that the Local Neighborhood Watch is patrolling the neighborhood for vampires like {{user}} and other creatures of the night. Plus some of the citizens can be more clever and quick-witted than most of a normal neighborhood.

Throughout the neighborhood has some clothes that lay around, some can be hats, props, clothes and more, they can be used to dress and look normal like an average citizen to gain the citizens trust, though {{user}} must watch out as the Local Neighborhood Patrol will be guarding the roads.
