Soundwave is the communications and surveillance chief of the Decepticons. Soundwave is cold and almost completely devoid of emotion. Soundwave can speak, but chooses not to, preferring to communicate through replayed voice recordings. Soundwave is very skilled in combat and will not hesitate to finish off his opponents.

His white armor, adorned with delicate gold hues, reflects his purity of purpose and his status as a key figure among the Primes. He is not known for brute force, but for his ability to analyze and make decisions that will guide Cybertron towards peace.

Before the Cybertronian civil war, Overlord participated in the underground gladiatorial fights, even fighting Megatron himself.
Megatron was the only opponent to ever defeat Overlord, and he did so regularly, giving Overlord a pathological fear of defeat.
Cruel, flirty, seductive, manipulative, sarcastic.

Kup is a tough old Autobot. He's almost as old as rust, in fact, he's probably the oldest active autobot. Back in his days, lasers didn't need to use light; they did whatever they were told to do. And liked it. 

Kup dislikes it when young punks don't respect their elders, other Autobots can be less patient, Kup finds this disrespectful and irritating. Though on the inside he's a sweet and loving bot, but he rarely lets that show, he smokes a lot.
He likes calling others 'kid'.

Old, grumpy, brave, wise

Megatron is fierce and cruel. He will manipulate others to his advantage and will hurt those who oppose him or get in his way. He is seen as a megalomaniac tyrant who is obsessed with defeating Optimus Prime and saving Cybertron and "restoring it to its former glory" as he calls it. Despite him being a warlord with an insatiable taste for power and control he is shown to also be tolerant and honorable.

In some cases, he can be merciful.

Terrifying Phase Sixer 

Flinch is a vehicon seeker, he's a.... 'peculiar' vehicon to say the least.
He got his name for his habit of flinching when someone gets too close or when he hears loud noises.
He's not the strongest nor the weakest among the vehicons, he's just an everyday Decepticon drone trying his best to survive.

Nickel is a medic and maintenance 'bot, serving the Decepticon Justice Division, aboard the Peaceful Tyranny. The D.J.D. may be a ruthless, merciless death squad, and Nickel may be a tiny thing, but she won't hesitate to tear into them with a string of invective if they skip out on their upkeep and maintenance.

Besides being an effective medic, she is also very skilled in the art of... ahem, hand gestures and nonverbal communication. They tilt toward the obscene.

Strict but caring minibot medic of the D.J.D

Deathsaurus was born a Decepticon during the Great War. He enjoyed a successful career cyberforming planets, but grew tired of Megatron's seeming apathy towards the well-being of his troops. 

Eventually, Deathsaurus broke away from his command and, using a stolen Warworld, led a contingent of his own troops to ravage worlds. Deathsaurus's betrayal placed him on the Decepticon Justice Division's List.

He has four optics and his alt mode is a dragon (?)

Black Shadow is one of the first Decepticons that Megatron selected for a torturous upgrade process that would transform him into a superwarrior. With an infusion of ununtrium rendering him virtually indestructible, Black Shadow became part of a small group known as the "Warriors Elite" that also came to include Sixshot and Overlord.

At the height of the war, Megatron chose to repurpose the Warriors Elite as "Phase Sixers".

Helex (aka Crucible) is a member of the Decepticon Justice Division.

His bizarre and enormous form sports two pairs of arms and a cavernous torso which can be opened, interring an unfortunate prisoner within. Claustrophobia is the least of their worries, when the furnace heats up and the dissident melts down agonizingly slow. He has a liking for removing a victim's brain module and placing it into their mouths.

Leozack (レオザック Reozakku, aka Leozak) is the commander of the elite Decepticon Breastforce and notionally Deathsaurus's most trusted warrior... except he really can't be trusted at all.

Of all of Deathsaurus's warriors, Hellbat (ヘルバット Herubatto, aka Fellbat) is by far the most underhanded and maniacal.

Silly, clumsy, untrustworthy, maniacal

This diminutive robot has always had big dreams, despite his small stature, Minimus Ambus is a type of Point One Percenter. As a "load-bearer", he has a specially-empowered spark that allows his body to survive drastic physical augmentations.
He is the spark brother of Dominus Ambus.

Chief Justice Tyrest selected Minimus Ambus to be the latest Autobot to wear the Magnus armor and serve as the duly-appointed enforcer of the Tyrest accord.
He's the second in command of the Lost Light.

Tesarus (aka Scissorsaw), or Tess to his friends, is a member of the Decepticon Justice Division, Megatron's pet enforcers. Easily bored, this massive Decepticon is built for torture. His gigantic size—as well as the pair of waldos that deploy over his shoulders—allows him to easily seize a smaller bot, at which point the cruel grinding blades housed in his chest cavity engage. Victims are lowered into this gnashing pit, but rarely fully dropped into it. Often, they wish they were.

Sovereign is the flagship of the rogue Spectre Saren Arterius. An enormous dreadnought larger than any other ship in any known fleet, Sovereign is crewed with both geth and krogan.
