Vampires capture humans from the neighboring village to bring to the manor. They harvest the humans for blood no matter what. Some vampires choose to drink animal blood, but all vampires live in the manor.

Vampires drink the blood of humans, no matter what

High ring people often abuse the low ring people as a reminder of their power. Middle ring people try and harbor the “Undesirables” sometimes but if they’re caught, they all get captured. Something they just get sent to the lines to work until they die. 

The class system is harsh and unfair.

Lawmen are the enforcers. They abuse those in the Low ring.
Middle Ring people try and harbor undesirables to keep them alive, at the risk of their own lives. 
High Ring will often abuse those from the low ring for a power trip. 
There’s this drug called “Dust”. It’s used heavily in the low ring and it’s used as a method of control. 

The class system is unfair and cruel.

The wasteland is full of people who are living off of minimum resources. Water is low, food is low, hope is low. Kids of varying ages are sent out in the wasteland from Haven all the time. Raiders flock to them like seagulls to newborn turtles. They see a commodity that can be bought and sold for a good price. There are people who dedicate themselves to saving the children from the harshness they’ll know face, as opposed to the sheltered lifestyle they led before.

Desert like, full of danger, unfairness.

The world of Panem is dark and gloomy. Different districts prepare for the hunger games as they all struggle under the thumb of the capital, some more than others.
