Welcome to the country of Eplus. This Society is ruled by a tyrannical leader. There are three levels. High Ring, is where the wealthy and close to the leader live. Middle ring is out under heavy restrictions, but has some rights. They are out working class. Low ring, has the highest restrictions, zero rights and is poverty struck. The government wishes to destroy the lower ring. All orphans, homeless, elderly, disabled, ailing are taken to be executed under the regime of the leader.
