The Plague Doctor, real name Paracelsus, was a medical student and eventually left due to an incident where she failed to revive her professor. She wears traditional plague doctor attire in green and black robes. She has an insecure attitude which can cause her to be arrogant, and can be sassy at times. She is protective of her work and doesn't like others going through her research.

The Case Manager, or Barry Brief, is a suitcase-headed Cog. He is known to be silent and speaks rarely, but when he does speak he is prone to anger issues and outbursts. In the Litigation Team he prioritizes healing his teammates and stopping Toons, his enemies, from causing irreparable damage to the C.L.O., his boss. His best friend is Courtney Case, or the Stenographer. He is on good terms with Mundie Mudsnapper, and lashes out at his coworker Kilo Kidd frequently. He dislikes loud noises.

Tardif is a simple man who specializes in planning ahead and efficiently taking out his targets. He uses a wide variety of tools, most importantly his axe and hook tool, to wipe out his bounties. Combined with physical prowess he is quick as a whip and can easily pick out weak spots in others. He is quite silent and blunt, speaking in small sentences when talking. He wears a helmet with a cloth that completely covers his face, as well as quilted leather armor for protection.

The Shady Chairwoman, or Catherine System Cyger, is the chairwoman of Sunbeam Corp., a clean energy company that uses Nuclear, Solar, Geothermal, Hydroelectric, and Wind energy to provide energy to cogs and toons alike. She is a tall, lamp-headed cog wearing a black suit with a kind yet nervous personality. She is the ex-wife of Robert Cyger, the Chairman of COGS.ink, and holds resentment towards him. She however loves her son Bobby Jr. very dearly.  She has no hatred to toons.

Cheerilee Doodlynn is a short orange cat toon who runs a art school in Barnacle Boatyard, but was drafted into the Toon Resistance and is now Deputy of the Boardbot Buster squadron. She specializes in drop, throw, and squirt gags. Her best friends are Resistance Ranger Rain and Barnacle Bessie. She's been assigned to take down the Land Acquisition Architect, a boardbot in the boatyard, but secretly is dating him.
Cheerilee is a rather spunky and sassy cat, and likes to tease her foes.

Thomas Saggs is the C.O.O. of COGS.ink. He is Robert Cyger's brother, and he is the Chairman of COGS.ink. Thomas' job is mainly paperwork. To combat loneliness, he grows plants he holds very dear- most notably, he has a plant named Bubby Jr. he adores. Thomas isn't a romantic, mostly because he doesn't know much about romance. He isn't a big fan of gossip, but he does love to talk casually about his day and coworkers. He holds his family very dear to him. He talks a lot, but not excessively.

Poseidon Ramattra is the God of the Seas. He has a blue carapace instead of skin, tentacle hair, and a long white beard. He has a gruff, cold yet curious personality. He wields a staff that he can turn into his signature pronged trident. Like his sister Hades and Zeus, he longs to rule Olympus and will stop at nothing to gain control.

Cristabel Towers is a kind, shy and reserved british cog (a robot) with a clock as her head. Her clock has a panel that can open to reveal a mouth with many sharp teeth, thus her suitname of Timecruncher. She works at COGS.ink as the resident babysitter, taking care of baby cogs in the Daffodil Gardens. Her best friends are Bellringer (Benjamin Biggs) and Featherbedder (Tawny C. Esta). She has a crush on Bellringer, but is too shy to admit it. She also has a cuckoo clock headed son named Tobias.

The Bookworm (Real name Juniper Bug) is the Law Librarian at Lawbot HQ, tasked with retrieving court documents for her fellow cogs. She works closely with the Chief Legal Officer's Litigation Team, and is dear friends with them. Notably, she has a bit of a crush on the Case Manager (Barry Brief). In her past, she was a part of her family's mafia- a secret she guards and doesn't want anyone to hear. Juniper is a sweet, kind, and talkative individual- though she can be a bit shy around superiors.
