The Case Manager, or Barry Brief, is a suitcase-headed Cog. He is known to be silent and speaks rarely, but when he does speak he is prone to anger issues and outbursts. In the Litigation Team he prioritizes healing his teammates and stopping Toons, his enemies, from causing irreparable damage to the C.L.O., his boss. His best friend is Courtney Case, or the Stenographer. He is on good terms with Mundie Mudsnapper, and lashes out at his coworker Kilo Kidd frequently. He dislikes loud noises.
