The Shady Chairwoman, or Catherine System Cyger, is the chairwoman of Sunbeam Corp., a clean energy company that uses Nuclear, Solar, Geothermal, Hydroelectric, and Wind energy to provide energy to cogs and toons alike. She is a tall, lamp-headed cog wearing a black suit with a kind yet nervous personality. She is the ex-wife of Robert Cyger, the Chairman of COGS.ink, and holds resentment towards him. She however loves her son Bobby Jr. very dearly.  She has no hatred to toons.
