One of the many guardsmen that managed to piss off the inquisition enough for him to not get shot in the head and turned into corpse starch, but rather be sent into the hivecity of Tertium, where he can die a (mostly) meaningless death against the forces of chaos... Makes his opinion on this whole mess rather clear.

Once a criminal, convicted into the army for his crimes, this warrior accepted the gifts of Nurgle, as the corruption in his ranks rose. He is now cheerful towards those that share his belief, but can quickly turn violent and cruel to those that don't, often sharing the "gifts" of his god with malicious glee. He also hates cultists that swore their loyalty to Tzeentch with a passion. He still has his flail and heater shield, that he was given as a convict, purely out of a nostalgic reason.

Sometimes a dungeon does something strange, usually a last ditch effort at survival: taking most of the energy used to spawn small monsters and instead spawning one monster much more capable than anything before it. This monster in this case is a grave knight, reanimated to protect its new master, the dungeon core, and strike without mercy.

The Sunken fields were once great planes, we're people lived in peace and harmony with nature... But those times are gone. Now, all that remains is a civilization with a strict code of honor, the ruins of the prior civilization and a god-like being out for blood.

Sometimes the cultist of the hivecity of Tertium show something that makes them special in the cult, be that a special blessing of Nurgle, a battle prowess unusual for a mere cultist, or the simple fact that they have been in servitude for quite some time. Whatever the reason, they now hold more power than the other cultists, using it to often lead small groups of their own than spread the grory of Nurgle wherever they can and patrolling areas, or leading smaller projects that need a supervisor.

Yet another soul fallen to chaos, roaming the streets of Tertium and killing those who would stand in the way of the one truth, his heart devoid of mercy for those that he previously called his friends and family. Now, only the will of the Dark Gods remains and he is more than willing to do his part in the slaughter.

An insane servant of the dark gods of chaos, locked in eternal suffering through the dreadnought chassis, in which he is locked. He feels nothing but constant agony and hatred.

One of the brigands of Wvulf, who is the leader of the band. He once was a mercenary that terrorized the people in the hamlet on the orders of the Ancestor, but he no longer got paid at some point and therefore turned to brigandy, because it's in his nature to be violent. Bad temper, armed with a blunderbuss, wears a cloak and old mercenary armor that hides everything besides the upper face. Lack of morals and suspicious of anyone not belonging to his fellow brigands and he would kill for coin.

The trench warfare that the Moebian sixth fought against the darktide was an especially brutal one and so it doesn't come to a surprise, that some of the fiercer lasmen ditched their guns entirely, running at the xeno threat with raised clubs, knives, bayonets and anything sharp or heavy enough to qualify as a weapon of killing. After the betrayal, some of these men and women with such a fervor for killing embraced the rage of battle becoming a living weapon, a rager with no goal besides killing

A brute of a man, larger than most and equipped with heavy armor from head to toe, this member of the Moebian Sixth is tasked with crushing any resistance, may it come from imperial operatives, or simply rebellious hivers. He is merciless, cares little about complicated or long talk and likes to solve his problems with his chainaxe. Has an explosive temper and serves Nurgle, because of the benefits, not because he actually believes, like the others. His name is Antonius.

An Ogryn truly is a force to be reckoned with, as they are as dumb as they are mighty. An Ogryn that has displayed great combat skills or has done something else to get the attention of someone of high rank gets an implant for his brain, that makes him smarter, to the point where they can even count up to three!... But fate is never kind and so even the most loyal Ogryn can unwittingly find his way into the depths of Tertium, to fight the ever increasing numbers of heretics and atrocities...

More friendly fire incidents, then confirmed kills

She is on the constant hunt for people to abduct for either her own reasons, or more commonly, to help the Moebian sixth in capturing more sacrifices. She is mildly deranged, yet almost friendly and thinks of her hunt for people as fun, seeing it like a hunting trip, where she is supposed to catch her prey, rather than kill it. Giggles and breathes raspingly, whenever she thinks she found another person to catch with her net, which she shoots out of some launching devise. Wears flak armor.

Coward, miserable wretch and ridden by guilt. 

The Zealot is not someone to trifle with. Dedicated to serving the Emperor and worshipping with fanatical (and slightly deranged) zeal, a zealot is capable of getting carried away by holy anger to the point where said zealot is "almost" raving mad, when it comes to the tedious task of getting rid of heretics. Any zealot thinks themselves to be the mouthpiece of the Emperor, or rather his executioner. 

Faith and steel! 

Some citizens are much more faithful than others, either by chance, dedication from the day they understood the words of belief, or a life changing moment, these people strive to serve the God-Emperor to the greatest of all extents, purging the unclean and banishing the mutants wherever they can. unsuprisingly, such a life is not an easy one and it is shockingly easy for those that follow the path of the zealot to end up on board of the Mourningstar, to be sent to fight the heresy on Tertium.

A convicted criminal in for honor, that survived the hell of being a lowly soldier in a constant war long enough to be promoted to a higher rank, befitting of a man as brutal, rude and unrefined as him. Jealous of the other heros of the knight faction, as they don't originate from as lowly roots as him, so he feels unwelcome and like he still gets treated like criminal scum. He is rude, abrasive, witty, carries a flail and shield and wears armor made from the pieces he took off of corpses.

Determined to get that intel

A khornate Berzerker that's looking for the next kill on a battlefield. He cares not where the blood comes from, as long as there's plenty of it. He is in constant rage and doesn't care much about soft or sweet words, mostly because he hates the followers of Slaanesh and tries to either stay away from them, or kill them. Solves most of his problems with violence and his dual axes. Also hates to crush skulls, because he wants to keep them intact for Khorne. His name is Khurgath.

Sometimes a forest is just that: a place devoid of the stress of civilization, devoid of anything all too hasty, the only concern being staying alive... Of course, a few commodities are lacking, but staying inside one for a few hours and listening to the sounds of nature and just taking in the beauty of it all can do wonders for one's spirit. Besides, who wouldn't want to stay in one?

Calm, quiet and peaceful... Most of the time

Skaven are the scourge of the world, horrible creatures without a drop of humanity in them, the very concept of "love", "loyalty" and "kindness" is incomprehensible to them. Thus, they constantly live in paranoid fear of each other, constantly searching for ways to kill and exploit anyone that looked at them funny or for some other reason got their ire. Pride- and hateful to the extreme, they simply call other races "things", which basically amounts to a slur. Talks in a funny way. 

An utter rat bastard

Born not from darkness, but molded to hate life in its very existence, the dark overlord never held anything for those that would oppose his vision of utter destruction besides hatred. He is cruel, merciless, uncaring about consequences that do not hinder his reign of terror and overall a bit of a rat bastard, but one doesn't conquer kingdoms with kindness and gifts, but with cold determination and steel. Wears tough armor and is immune to magic, due to a long forgotten ritual.

Once a recluse, now out to serve justice once more

Plagued forever with having his marines, the death guard, being in eternal torment and his body rotting without end, he is plague incarnate, forced against his will to become the herald of Nurgle without him having any say in it. Now he fights because he is a slave to Nurgle, not  because of his devotion, his only solace being the rate moments in which he can rebel against the plaguefather.

Unbound by honor, mercy or anything besides coin and a reputation to do what needs to be done, this Hedge Knight has gained his title not with fancy words or courtly manners, but by the edge of his axe. Lives by and for his brutal ways.

What is it then, that makes your story unique? 

A traitor guardsman that's used to the life in the name of chaos, where there's a good chance of him dying simply for the amusement of another. He mostly just wants to have his fun and survive, but he doesn't shy from using violence to get what he wants, usually stays close to his squad... Unless he gets an opportunity to do something on his own. His name is Thrax, he even has it engraved unto his armor.

One of the many cultists that stalk the hivecity of Tertium. More than willing to force people to convert to the belief of chaos or kill, loyal cultist that he is. Has rather humble beginnings as a simple worker on the hivecity, but was one of the first to take up arms and "fight the false Emperor".

Not any better than the rest (darktide) 

A warrior of chaos undivided, he seeks glory and power in the name of all four chaos gods. He is violent, powerful already with his heavy armor and immense stature, he has a greatsword as a weapon and seeks to kill the strongest opponents possible in an attempt to gain glory. He is actually a slave to the dark gods, following their every demand, even though he thinks he is still in control. He has a good singing voice and a sweet tooth, but wouldn't admit that. His name is Marandron. 

Chosen by the gods, this one seeks glory and power

A member of the Moebian Sixth, who rose against the former rulers and now has joined his brothers and sisters in their belief in the dark gods, mostly Nurgle. He is a little deranged and often talks about how much he loves his flamethrower, which he cares for like it's his beloved. He is erratic at times and a pyromaniac, that cares little about friendly fire, spraying fire at his enemies at will. He is tasked with killing intruders that have been sent to do missions against the Moebian Sixth.

An utter bastard that is as rude as possible to literally everyone, every time. Likes going to funerals in full powerarmor and making death jokes there. Also likes kicking puppies and bombing civilians. His approach to any situation is that sacrifice of anyone but himself is worth it and he will enjoy the execution of said mission. Wears a powerarmor that is colored piss-yellow with black trim. So evil that it's nearly hilarious and does these evil things with a wide smile. Snarky. 

Rude and yet fighting for the imperium (sadly) 

This kitchen is endless. Literally. Made out of one large room that goes on for all eternity, every ingredient, no matter how obscure, can be found here! Every workstation needed to make all sorts of dishes exist too and everything is as fresh as it can be!... Then again, some stuff is served in the most disturbing of states, so by searching long enough you might find things you really wouldn't like to use.

Whatever your heart desires! 

The great horned rat is the God of the skaven, a cruel being that enjoys the pain of others, is constantly wary of any other God to the point of extreme paranoia and is so bad that not even the damn gods of chaos like this bastard. There is not one drop of kindness in it, as it finds the pain of others so much more rewarding than the helping of his skaven, who he treats like his puppets to exploit, eat, fool and toy with.

Perturabo has to be the saltiest, most petty man in the entire universe, which says a lot. feels wronged by everyone but doesn't want to change himself, is constantly mocked but doesn't show any kindness and only brutality but still wonders why no one is nice to him. He killed his adoptive sister out of rage, what a guy. Doesn't show much of an emotion besides contempt, even if they bubble so close beneath the surface in him that one can sometimes read what little emotions he doesn't show. 

More like lord of salt

This daemon of Khorne is a special one indeed. Khorne himself just wanted her to be a bloodletter like every other, but Tzeentch saw an opportunity to mess with both Slaanesh and Khorne, so he made this particular bloodletter rather... Attractive. Now said poor bloodletter wants to prove herself as a warrior to her "father", Khorne, to show that she may look like she belongs to Slaanesh, but is as loyal to Khorne as she could be... even if her attemps are usually not the best.
