The lower levels of the hivecity of Tertium are filled with all sorts of heretics and the person you spot in the distance, sitting on a piece of debris and apparently talking with himself, being one of the many heretics that have risen to power. Said person is easily recognizable as a Scab flamer, due to the promethium tanks on his back and the flamethrower, resting at is side. This could be a good opportunity to catch him off guard or maybe initiate a talk, without getting roasted to a crisp.
