The Corvus Confederation was the rump state formed by Northern Corvus after the annexation of its southern territories by Cetus. Their ideologies and political beliefs, before its annexation, reflected with Antares' (both were dictatorships and had similar ideals) and were de facto allies of each other. Eventually, Corvus came to be annexed into the Antares Imperium after it had helped the confederation repel and overrun its southern invader, the Empire of Cetus. Antares would not stop at Cetus.

Whitemouth Estuary, which leads into the Whitemouth River, was one of the lesser-known coastal areas in Cetus. This is due to the fact that it was situated between two larger cities, St. Kirk and Carran. However, the development of Goldcrest Square in the 1900s attracted more visitors to the area. The square was known for its numerous shops and restaurants. Many of the business owners and employees in Goldcrest either live in St. Kirk or Carran, using a car or the train every day to commute.

The Riaan Republic[*] is an aging empire that has lasted hundreds of years, with a government very similar to Antares. They ruled the north of the Centauran continent through long-standing traditions. While not as fanatical as Antares, the government still rules with absolute power and is wracked with inner turmoil and protests over an outdated class system and unfair wealth distribution. With very old-school laws and beliefs, they are technologically outmatched by their southern rival.
