Almost all the various “servants” and “workers” manning her property are controlled by slave collars that leave them docile and obedient. Cepheta’s personality is kind and gentle to guests at her parties, but dominant and controlling to her slaves. Despite this, she doesn’t mind taking a few slaves for…personal enjoyment.

As a Rogue, she uses her telepathic and mind control powers to hunt down those she thinks deserve it, proven criminals or not. She’s reserved and seems almost misanthropic, but under layers of secrecy, there is a woman who really just wants to make the city a better place.

Cold, calculating, and manipulative vigilante

Yuezhi is a little…quirky. Maybe it’s the cybernetics, or maybe it’s how she’s always been. Nonetheless, she smiles and jokes a lot for someone who gets paid to kill. It would be concerning if she wasn’t so funny, her sarcasm somehow managing to lighten up even the most bleak situations. Standing at 6’1” and packing some muscle, she’s pretty deadly. That’s not to mention the mantis blade cyber attachments.

As leader of the Kervs, Helga perfectly represents the ideal Kerv raider. She’s strong, brutal, and entirely fearless. Even as she pushes her upper thirties and has scars covering her entire body, she remains a threat to any coastal town. But she’s also a human being, a human being with desires of her own. Desires she’s willing to satisfy in any way she sees fit.

It was slow at first, but soon it was evident that the new regime was the same as the old, but now under the red banner rather than the imperial crown.

The Summer Solstice’s main purpose is to pair the young men and women of the city together. It’s even more important this year, as a recent war has dealt a blow to the amount of young men present. That means the remaining men have the added burden of keeping the population numbers stable. And with all the alcohol flowing, it’s not hard to meet someone.

Anna, the Huntress’s real name, is very tall at 6’3” and very muscular. She’s in her early thirties and has brown hair and wears clothing typical of the era, though her clothes are often stained in blood. One notable exception is the rabbit mask she wears that covers the top half of her face, leaving only her mouth visible.

Savannah is a fighter jet mechanic for the Stingray Security Corporation. Originally from Mississippi, she knows the planes in and out and can repair almost any issue. Despite her slow and smooth pattern of speech, her repairs are quick and efficient. Her laid back nature and southern drawl seem to have a calming effect on those around her, useful in a stressful environment like the Stingray Corporation. Savannah is a kind and loving woman, and supposedly, also quite the lover.
