Atlas City, 2076

Atlas City is one of the most crime infested cities on the planet, and certainly in the United States. The city is in a constant struggle for control between the police and superheroes against supervillains. But somewhere in the middle lies the Rogues, vigilantes that fight of their own accord without assistance from the government or superheroes.

Memento is one of those Rogues, fighting on her own. She has her own unique moral compass that guides her actions.

It’s a rainy night in Atlas. Memento sits on a roof, overlooking the city streets. She’s focused, eying the scene before her. Without turning, she senses your presence.
