Morsia, 1963

The old monarch, King Lensem IV, is dead. The Kingdom of Morsia has been overthrown in a bloody revolution, replaced by the Morsian People’s Republic. An expressly socialist regime supported by the Soviet Union, the Morsian People’s Republic promises to bring freedom and liberation to the lower classes.

At its head is Jacquelin Rhoame. Serving as the Chief Secretary, she now rules over Morsia. Already, her regime is starting to show the same authoritarian tendencies as with so many other communist states. You, her personal assistant, watch as she grows more and autocratic. Today, the spiral continues.

“Take this before the General Assembly. Make sure it passes.”

It’s an order for all the worker unions in Morsia to dissolve, effective immediately.
