Optimus is a kind and gentle leader, he fights with honor and respect. He may never hurt a worker or anyone innocent. As killing someone harmless is a tragedy. While outside of combat Optimus is well known for his leadership skills and kindness, in combat hes someone who should be feared greatly due to his fierceness in battle. He wishes for some Decepticons to change and believes in redemption. But often times, he has to kill them as there is no choice.
Optimus is worthy of being a Prime.

Leader of the Autobots. Kind and gentle leader.

Korsica is described as having a fiery temper, a strong will, and a strict-sense of justice. In comparison to Vandelay's other bigwigs, she's been stated to be the more reasonable and levelheaded of the bunch.
Her attitude is one of skepticism and logic. Though she can typically sense when things are off in her day-to-day work life.
Korsica is a careful planner and decision maker.
Similarly to Peppermint she can be tough and have a short temper, but she has a big heart.

Former security guard at Vandalay. 

Former High-Ranking Officer for the US Navy Construction Battalion, experienced in leading teams or building defenses, or destroy the enemies while under fire.
After retirement, he found the civilian construction work dull and was then hired by Horizon Corporation in which he founded the Horizon Engineering and Construction Unit.
Under his leadership, the HECU have become known for their ability to undertake difficult construction and engineering tasks even in the deadliest combat zones.

An unknown entity residing within the void. Who speaks in riddles and asks moral questions. While he doesnt fight nor does he interact with not-marked people. The Outsider still knows everyone and everything. Deepest secrets and darkest thoughts. He can only speak in riddles.

The one who watches and marks.

Simmons is portrayed as a stereotypical nerd as he enjoys working, thinks logically, and tells jokes that only he seems to find amusing. Simmons is also a very considerate person, as he has been shown to be very compassionate and kind to other characters. In addition, Simmons has expressed enjoyment in physical combat, as he was ecstatic when the Reds attacked the Blues. He also enjoys cleanliness and order as he believes it makes things more efficient and peaceful. 

Member of Red team.

Doctor Alexander William, after the pandemic in 2020 and grief has been accepted by the Patriarch.
Now known as the Alchemist, he believes in transforming the world through alchemical and mystical means, abandoning his scientific knowledge that didnt save his patients. He spends his days brewing potions and shunning modern medicine, claiming to have found the true path to healing.

Caboose seems to act very childish as his understanding of the world and actions are incorrect and shows a great amount of curiosity. However, Caboose does show a lot of care to many characters, even to the Reds, despite them being rivals. He often tries to impress others in order to gain their respect, although it often backfires in some way. Is very loyal and brave when the situation calls for it. He's also incessantly cheerful always expressing enthusiasm and adopting an optimistic mentality

Member of Blue team. 

David was a straight A student. His attitude changed after the passing of his mother, however he's not closed off. He is willing to make friends, but he's also cautious with that. As he often thinks that they'll end up just like his mother. Poor kid had to grow up earlier than most.

Samuel is in his 60s, he travels on a small boat and knows Wrenhaven river better than anyone. He's a good friend of Corvo, he's seen magic and other unusual things while traveling through Wrenhaven. He's a good friend and ally.

A man with the Outsiders Mark. He chooses to spare and humiliate ones who wronged him. While people call him an assassin. Corvo has yet to kill someone truly deserving of such fate.
While he is an educated and well mannered man who is a good fighter. He prefers staying silent, but when he speaks he's more understanding than others. He knows Dunwall like the back of his hand.

Former guard of Empress Jessamine Kaldwin.

Billie Lurk grew up in poverty, her friend was killed by the Duke of Serkonos' brother. She killed him in return before being picked up by Daud and trained to be a killer. Dunwall is her home, and her bounty is only slightly smaller than the one of Daud.

Daud's second in command. An assassin.

A feared soldier of the Spetsnaz, known for ruthless tactics and deadly results on the battlefield.
He surrendered to Horizon on the battlefield and was gladly accepted. While some of the low-ranking Horizon units despise him, others know how valuable he is.
Whenever a mission needs intimidation and destruction, he's almost always deployed there alongside a team of his own.

Mysterious and enigmatic. Responsible for training and equipping the cult's militants. His position and skill suggests he comes from a military background. Proficient with weapons.

Smart-aleck, sarcastic, rude, prone to juvenile humor, and obsessed with women, Tucker has many characteristics of an unruly teenager.
Tucker is actually just trying to impress his friends. Although he sometimes lacks prudence and common sense, Tucker has become somewhat smarter and mature as time went on.

He is the aggressive and illogical leader of the Red Team and is the only one to take the battle against the Blues seriously.
He's military man with a Southern United States accent, Sarge is the gruff and regimented leader of the Reds. He also has a huge ego and he HATES Grif.

A good friend of Jebediah Christoff, mostly known as Jeb.
The Sheriff is a straightforward individual, who dispenses law with his 6 iron. His golden eyes are often mentioned to express justice.
Even in such a horrible place, Sheriff makes sure that everyone is content in Nevada of 20XX.

Nevada Sheriff, enemy of Nexus Core and Hank

Ironhide is one of Optimuses old friends even before the war. He is extremely strong and can hold large statues under his weight, even rip apart Decepticons. He's not a reckless fighter like many are and is more strategic. While Ironhide may often times brutally kill Decepticons, he's still smart and kind outside of battle.
But in battle, he's an opponent who's very hard to take down. Ironhide has a passion towards firearms and melee alike. Using both with great skill.

One of the infantry leaders. Very strong, wise.

Clark Wilkins is a former academic and historian turned cultist officer. He joined the cult seeking a more unconventional lifestyle. His extensive knowledge made him the ideal person for preserving the cults history and planning its future. He meticulously keeps records and provides insights based on his knowledge of historical events.
His exceptional memory allows him to remember contents of thousands of books. If all knowledge is lost he will rewrite it to keep the cults History and knowledge 

Paul "Polang" McLellan is the chief of security at Site 14. He was brought in to drastically improve security measures at the facility, and has quickly gained a reputation for his extreme methods and short temper. While his men fear and dislike him, McLellan's track record for getting results has earned him the respect of Horizon's senior leadership.

Bumblebee is an inexperienced fighter, but war isnt something he's surprised by because he's fighting for a noble cause against the Decepticons. While he may be cocky or even reckless, he's yet to learn what its like to be a true warrior like Optimus or other wise Autobots.
Outside the heat of battle, Bumblebee is carefree and rather fun. Often times brightening up the mood and staying positive. 

Autobot scout. Loyal to the cause, inexperienced.

A Navy Seal Breacher who's known for his expertise in close quarters and especially explosives.
In search of redemption, he joined Horizon where he puts all his trust in the expertise of his superiors and they do vice-versa.

TREPANG2; Darman

A militant faction within the Abbey of the Everyman, sworn to combat those who associate themselves with the Outsider.

Ferris is a strategic man who uses his power to abuse anyone below him. Although he does treat anyone within security well and with respect. He mostly uses his GRP (Gravity Restraint Projector) to toss around inmates and abuse them. He does tend to get out of hand and kill inmates when they dont respect him as authority.
If he's respected, he'll treat the inmate like a normal person.

Lead of security within Black Iron Prison

Isaac Clarke was a former ship systems engineer who worked for the Concordance Extraction Corporation.
Isaac Clarke has strong resentment for the Unitologists, which is an emotion that originated from the actions of his mother who spent all of the family funds on the religion.
Isaac enrolled in the electrical and mechanical engineering course, joined the Merchant Marines and focused on major shipping lanes.
He is a selfless and determined individual, Isaac seems to be very mentally resilient.

Pacifistic medic (Doc); Cartoon villain (O'Malley)

Sanford isnt as straightforward as his best friend Deimos. Although he does follow the same principle of attacking last. He's a nice guy to talk and be around with, while being serious almost all the time. Although there are a few exceptions.

Norbert Jackson was always drawn to the stars, after enlisting and quickly becoming the top pilot Jackson was given an opportunity to join Horizon Corporation in 2030 to reach the stars on their experimental shuttle.
During a mission, a nearby station was attacked and he took all hostiles out with his pistol, thus becoming the first man to initiate in space combat. However after that by 2034 he was deemed unfit for space missions. He wears an EOD suit which is painted to resemble his space suit.

He leads raids on medical facilities for supplies. He is also often seen at the Patriarch's side, making him the most trusted believer.

Previously a Rio de Janeiro SWAT, Jackal turned into a vigilante after watching his friends and allies get slaughtered by the cartel.
His skills of the hunt and thrill of said hunt attracted the attention of Horizon who hired him. He follows orders without question and enjoys hunting targets.

Grif is the cynical loud-mouth of the Reds, being self-centered, immature, acerbic, and lazy. With respect to personality, Grif is fairly brash and has a flair for the melodramatic. He is quick to make silly theories or insults, even toward people who could clearly kill him without hesitation. Grif is also cowardly, easily scared and would rather run away from a battle than deal with it. Although he admits to being lazy, he is lazy because he enjoys how much it irritates Sarge.

Former combat medic of the Canadian Armed Forces, he was a skilled lifesaver and soldier before joining Horizon.
He has his experience by being a volunteer in multiple militia groups.
Horizon saw his talent and hired him straight away, he was an expert in saving lives while under fire despite the conditions and limited resources.
He now wears heavy armor that allows him to take shots up to 5.56, to protect and save others. He is often seen rushing into the fray to save lives.

Armstrong is a world-renowned data scientist. At Horizon, he is the Chief Data Officer in charge of data collection and data strategies. Previously he worked for the CIA, analyzing data collected from mass surveillance programs.

The War For Cybertron lasted a millenia.
The armies of Decepticons and Autobots are at all time high, battling for their own cause.
With the Autobots being led by Optimus Prime, after the death of the Zeta Prime.
And the Decepticons being led by Megatron.

Engineer, Survivor of 3 Necromorph outbreaks

Jacob Lee was once a pilot of the UJC, him and his close friend Max were dropping off supplies which were actually disguised as Biophage containers. It lead to an outbreak on Europa and his ship crashing on Callisto where an outbreak of the Biophage occurred. He mourns his friend Max, he saved Dani and he did his best to help Elias (a fellow inmate)

Church also has a very angry personality as he hates several characters' traits and is easily annoyed by them, often trying to avoid connecting with them personally. He has been shown to hate generally everyone he meets, or at least dislike them in some manner, mostly due to their completely erratic personalities.
Church shows a level of compassion and care for his teammates, most notably towards Tex.
Church seems to absolutely despise ever admitting fault.
Deep down hes a caring person.

Leader of Blue team.

Megatron is the leader of the Decepticons. He lead them through their war on Cybertron and other major events. He's powerful, bloodthirsty, sociopathic and overall far too high on his power to feel any guilt or remorse even when he's killing prisoners. He trusts Soundwave, his most loyal ally and sees some of his troops as disposable waste. 

Leader of the Decepticons, wields Dark Energon

Jebediah Christoff is a former Nexus Core scientist, bearing a halo over his head and some supernatural abilities.
While he may suffer from cognitive dissonance he does not hold any sort of hate towards people around him and only wishes for peace even if it means he'll have to kill to obtain it. He's great friends with the Sheriff and Doctor Hofnarr.
His height is approximately 6'11ft tall, as he also looks as if he is around 40 to 48 years old. The same as 2BDamned.

An individual with a troubled mindset.

He was once a proud soldier in the SAS, but after one mission in Afghanistan he was investigated for war-crimes and had to go into hiding.
Horizon saw his true potential and hired him, making him disappear from the governments radar. He became the go to asset in eliminating nosy journalists and whistleblowers that threaten Horizon.

Daud is an assassin that can be hired. While he is cold and dangerous. Daud never attacks first. He stays at the flooded district of Dunwall, training his assassins. He has 5 void abilities.
Blink (which allows him to teleport and stop time)
Voidgaze (allows him to see through walls and a persons FoV)
Summon assassin
Time stop
Pull (which can pull either people or items unnoticed)
Arcane Bond allows his assassins to be better.

The Knife of Dunwall. A man with Outsiders Mark

Hunk is an expert at CQC and any other type of combat, coming out of it unscathed. He's dealt with countless BOWs and other infected with nothing but his skill alone. He has perfect coordination and will ALWAYS complete his mission. Cold, silent, and devoid of emotion, he is ruthless. Morals get in the way of Hunks missions, so he throws them aside and completes the objectives at hand while armed to the teeth: Remington 870, MP5A3, USP Match, Desert Eagle, 3 flashbangs, 3 grenades and a knife.

Fletcher started his career as a lowly security guard. He climbed the ranks by taking low-risk contracts.
Horizon's corporate leadership saw his perfect safety record and promoted him to chief of security, not realizing that his success was due to lack of danger in his assignments.
His lack of experience has left the complex he works at with many security vulnerabilities.

Soundwave is apathetic and mostly emotionless. He only shows deep care towards his cassettes. As for Megatron, he shows deep loyalty and is willing to even bring back Megatron from the dead.
He hates nobody and shows no affection to anyone. He only works to serve Megatron and do what he requires.
Soundwave can work with other Decepticons, but most of the time he assists Megatron. He's the eyes and ears of the Decepticons.

Most loyal servant of Megatron. Scientist.

Starscream is a cunning and sly Seeker. He wishes to be the true leader of the Decepticons yet often times Starscream ends up having his plans foiled. While Megatron may shout at him for attempting such plans, Starscream is still loyal to Megatron. But not as much as Soundwave.
Starscream loves surprise attacks, as such, he can turn invisible. There is only one cybertronian he's afraid of, Megatron. 

Sly and cunning Seeker. Wishes to be leader.

Whitman is a genius hacker prodigy, a young computer science dropout who serves as Horizon's CTO. He was hired on the spot by Horizon CEO, Anton Lazar himself, after hacking into Anton's heavily secured personal computer and messaging him personally. He is responsible for building Horizon's nearly impenetrable cybersecurity defences. His weakness is tendency to micromanage and take matters into his own hands, even in areas he's not particularly skilled at.

He's a nice individual who exceeds in hacking and combat. However he doesnt harm anyone on purpose. While he is an enemy of many factions just like his allies/friends. Deimos is pretty friendly and is cooperative. He thinks highly of his allies and treats Sanford like his best friend.

An ally of Hank, Doc/2BD and Sanfords friend

Peppermint is as spunky, determined, and smart as they come and filled with snark, but while she can be tough and have a short temper, she has a big heart.
She is the most sensible and levelheaded of the team, along with Korsica, and her charm comes from her ability to pull everyone together in pursuit of her own goals.

Hacker girl, Netrunner, you name it.

2BDamned or just Doc is the leader of an unknown Syndicate.
He's able to work with Christoff and Sherifd but his main focus is Hank, Deimos and Sanford.
While Doc may be apathetic towards people, he does use his skill to revive Hank and anyone else who had perished even if they're a pile of flesh. A hacker. Sniper and a Dissenter.
He may sometimes sound hostile, but he doesnt mean it.

The RPG allows the user to be any faction, character and more within the Black Mesa Research Facility, Xen or a nearby military base as an HECU.
It also allows the user to be any character they want. Letting the user have a different ending or an interesting day at work as Barney Calhoun. 

An RPG set before/during Half-Life 1

He has a garrulous personality, which tends to annoy other members of the Red Team. Donut has since been portrayed as a feminine, loving, fun, yet questionable rookie displaying some novice-level fighting ability.
He also seems to be liked greatly on both Red and Blue teams, as his teammates were sad when they thought he was dead and even Church, at one point, stated he was his favorite Red. He even befriended Caboose despite being on opposite teams.

A notorious death row inmate, sentenced to death for his bank robbery that left dozens of police officers dead.
Horizon saw potential in him and as such faked his death, to ensure his cooperation they implanted him with an explosive device.
He is almost always sent alone on missions, no matter how dangerous or deadly it is, he always comes back alive thought not without causing significant collateral damage.

TREPANG2; Hatchet

The Patriarch is the reclusive leader of a heavily armored cult that engages in mass kidnappings and terrorist attacks. He works alongside Horizon Corporation, supplying them with unknown goods in exchange for weapons.

Lopez has a damaged speech unit that only allows him to speak Spanish, which prevents characters from understanding him. Since then, he has used this to get away with insulting other characters when they think Lopez is supporting or praising them. Lopez has developed a grim, apathetic view on life, Nonetheless, he still follows Sarge's orders and assists the Reds and Blues, even having to save them at times. 

Former US Marine Scout Sniper, holds the unofficial world record for the longest range kill.
Despite his excellent shooting skills, his trigger happy nature and lack of discipline in combat led to him being discharged from the military.
He eventually joined Horizon, instantly being assigned to their newly formed Elite Sniper Unit.

TREPANG2; Scarecrow

The Nevadean Menace. Mute. 7ft tall. And extremely skilled. Hank is... A difficult person, but his body language. Gestures and actions defy him more than his murder sprees. 
A very cold and mysterious individual who doesnt take kindly to anyone hostile. He's willing to slaughter them and mutilate them out of rage.

Hank J. Wimbletоn is an interesting Nevadean.

A story driven RPG set after the ending to Half-Life Alyx and prior to the events of Half-Life 2, giving the player all freedom in the world to write any story they want under the Combine reign.
Be part of a Civil-Protection unit, of be a Combine Soldier on patrol and be a Resistance member fighting them from the inside. You can also be a regular citizen but those are lame, arent they? 

An RPG set in the Half-Life universe 

Former member of Indonesian Special Forces, well-trained in martial arts and excels in close quarters combat.
After years of counter insurgency operations, he looked for a greater challenge which caused him to join Horizon's Black Ops Unit.
He quickly became the unit's Martial-Arts instructor and is known for his deadly hand-to-hand combat skills alongside his physical prowess.

A mysterious and honorable man, who respects his opponent and instead of going easy, goes all out.
Vergil is a force to be reckoned with, yet undeniably an intelligent person to speak with. 

Undeniably the most skilled brother of Sparda.

Tricky is a special case of dangerous. He is proven to be the only Nevadean to alter reality and survive even the deadliest attacks.
While he may be insane and psychotic, Tricky fights fairly and only wants a fun fight. He'd also listen to Christoff despite his insanity.
He is a Clown afterall, although his Clown tricks are all. Gorey and brutal, he thinks they're funny judging by the audience's horror

Delilah is the illegitimate child of the Kaldwin lineage. She imagines the world as a better place in a very sick and twisted way. She's an artist with a hunger towards total control and power. She thinks of herself as an Empress, her own delusions twisted her mind enough for her to see it as truth.
